How about Ambulances available for cardiff and vale - there are 9 ambulances plus 2 paramedic cars. Most of the time those ambulances are queued up at the heath - which is why the ambulance service in Cardiff is terrible. Bristol for example is much better resourced.

I drive past Chernobyl { port Talbot } 2 or 3 times a week at night you can see the gunk from 10 miles away but all is well because the WAG have added 2 miles to the 50 zone.. I don't expect them to close the steelworks, just be realistic.
