I can park legally on yellow lines For 3 hours from time shown on the disabled badge.... not the 1st time I’ve argued with them over their incompetent enforcement officers

Next time take a photo of the badge and time and then you will have proof timed on your phone. You should not have been booked if you are on yellow lines with your blue badge, but if you were causing an obstruction, or parking too close to a junction or any illegal parking then you will get booked.

Yes to stop football fans from parking on rd near ground! Plenty of rds like hadfield rd don't t have yellow lines like sloper rd for instance it same width cars park on street but no yellow lines unless required... but now they use bollards to stop you parking there on match days yet its carnage at school times but that's okay.... no such carnage for football on Saturday but your stopped from parking is that not victimising footy fans?

Well considering I’ve got it due to having Spinal Muscular Atrophy (my left thigh muscle has wasted away) I’m one of the “legal blue badge holders” hence a 19plate car too....
Not all disabilities are visible

No offence mate but why dont you park in one of the multiple empty disabled spaces in the car park on a match day ? There are loads empty nearly every match day
Everyone knows it's a risk to park on hadfield road , been talked about multiple times

Attack on city fans![]()
Why the hell would rugby fans be parked on double yellows down hadfield road![]()
Get a grip like people want to risk parking like that it’s up to them but when you get caught don’t cry about it.

Normally they throw the “you need a permit to park here” crap or they charge OTT for parking outside the ground.. ok I accept it’s less than a parking fine but the main point of this topic is an Enforcement Officer out after 7pm ticketing people.... and not just that but ticketing a blue badge holder, Cardiff Council Enforcement OfficerS don’t care if your vehicle is displaying a blue badge or not, as I said previously I had a ticket around the back of Nissan Garage a couple of years ago, same circumstances, argued that one and won and was told I couldn’t argue anymore as I’d have to pay.... don’t mind paying that’s not an issue, but stick to the letter of the law at least

I understand the parking prices and your point but there is another side of the arguement aswell. That is the fact (not saying you) but a lot of other people pretty much dump the cars wherever they like making the road dangerous for pedestrians and other road users. Its them you should be having a go at. In reality the wardens are there because of multiple complaints and are trying to stop people parking illegally. If someone got knocked over and killed because they were walking out behind a stupidly parked car people would be saying why are the council not doing anything.
