The Long Awaited Return To The Incredible Gavin & Stacey Christmas Special Has Arrived With The Episode Being Nothing Short Of Excellent, BUT When The Fishing Trip Between Bryn And Jason Was Brought Up You Can Tell They Wanted To Say Something But At The Most Opportune Moment It Never Got Revealed. AND Let's Not Forget THAT Cliffhanger At The End.
Now For Me That Must Not Be The End Of What Has Been An Incredible Journey Throughout The Whole Programme, Because They Know How Much Fans Wanted This Myself Included, And So Even If Its Only For Every Year Only For Christmas I Will Be Satisfied But We All Want Another Series.
I Am From Barry Where The Programme Got Created And I Love The Whole Show With All My Heart, It Has A Place In Barry. And Long It May Continue.

Can't believe the last series was ten years ago. Was looking forward to Christmas special and it certainly delivered. Very talented pair of writers and actors. Up there with comedy gold like Only Fools I reckon.

Hopefully never. I know it’s good for Barry, but it sounded more like It’s in the Valleys.

People seem to love it and it's decent family entertainment amongst some pretty poor fair his Christmas

It was OK, hope they don't make another one. I read Rob Brydon's book, one of the worst ones I've ever read, he's got no interest in football whatsoever. The guy who drives Daves Coaches, not in last night's programme, is a real jack.

Good family entertainment by todays standards. The marxist gay disco did make an appearance but it is the British Brainwashing Corporation after all. A few niggles about their portrayal of men and the nature of marriage but on a whole not bad.

We all will as long as you don’t try interrupting us with a conversation you’d bore the f**k out of us.

What a load of nonsense! She said took 3 yrs to get script done because of things yet couldn't make time for two extra minutes for the answer to her proposal to be done? Goes on to say she doesn't know if get to make other episodes...

Cretinous junk truly awful so called entertainment similarto that warbling buffoon Max Boyce who is still getting away with it. Rob Brydon is about as funny as a huge tax bill and as for James Cordon well I am baffled??? Now the Americans have embraced this unfunny oaf, only goes to show.

Personally I enjoyed it.
Corden and Jones will only do another season or another special if they believe in the script.
Think this worked very well as a one off, and the ending leaves it open if they do want to do another.
It's a light hearted family show and perfect for Christmas Day.
As I say, I enjoyed it and found it easy viewing. Not a lot has changed from ten years ago which is great, because it worked so well last time.

Expected more from it being honest. IT was funny at times and shit in others.
Certainly been left open for another one down the line if the demand is there but I thought it was a bit of a let down.

To be honest mate I didn’t find it very funny either.
I liked the old ones but this was just a rehash of the same old thing, same jokes, uncle Bryn and the same cliches, ‘what’s occurring’ etc, etc.
