The annoying thing about Tomlin is he has always had the talent to do this but never got his head in the right place
He should have been in the premier league for his career and possibly around the England set up.
Such a shame it has taken him this long to settle but we could well reap the rewards over the next few seasons

Thought we were past the first amnesty for 5 yellow cards as I'm sure it's 19 league matches. Should be fine for next week.

So he’s ok for Saturday?
Sat Dec 14, 2019 6:34 pm
Nope. He's had 5. Booked Vs Blackburn earlier in season. And in last 4.
Sat Dec 14, 2019 6:41 pm
We have played 22 matches, if cut off was 19 then he is okay to play.
Sat Dec 14, 2019 6:50 pm
Cut off for 5 yellows is 31st. December so one game ban for Tomlin

No it’s incorrect the cut off for 5 bookings has definitely passed, next suspension will now be for 10 yellows which I think is a 2 game ban

Time to get Bamba fully fit to play alongside Nelson.

Brilliant news

Morrison and Flint being out might be a blessing if Bamba is back!! Him and Nelson could work well!!

Surely we don't have to rely on 1 player.

Err, no but you always want your best and inform players available.
Common sense to most surely.

We do at the moment. He's the only way we score goals, and he's been unbelievable recently in goals and assists.

Seems he is available to play my apologies.

On the other site they think he's ok.

I've just found the FA guidelines for professional players and what you've said seems to be right. What a bizarre rule, but then there are plenty of those these days. So, it seems a player could come into the team for the first time in match 15, pick up bookings in matches 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20, and escape a suspension. However, if he came into the team in match 14 and picked up bookings in matches 14, 15, 16, 17 and 19, he'd get a suspension
Sun Dec 15, 2019 2:12 pm
He's not banned.
The cut off was two weeks ago.
