Mind you, I think they should take a look at Sam Rean, who has every FIFA Football Manager game out to date. That puts him at the top in football management terms and his odds are tumbling right now

Someone who has played for the club, understands the clubs ambitions, the passion of the fans, someone who actually loves the club in that role would be perfect.
A figurehead like McNaughton or Whitts. Someone who can rally the troops and the management. If you had someone like that in a Director of Football role, along with someone like maybe Harris at the helm, I can guarantee you that you'd not see a drab game against the Jacks of the Wurzels again this season

In that case can I throw Robert Earnshaw's name into the hat,legend,been coaching got his uefa badges,knows what it means to the fans to wear the shirt,could even spend some time training our strikers, in the art of finding the net![]()
