Personally I think it's a good move by the Club, especially for us exiles living behind enemy lines.

Also if sighn up today you will be sighned up with city TV for rest season presumably it costs more later? Also for non 3pm games they will be streaming city games need to look at site to get details as not sure of full details. ect ect

Gutted if I can’t see this now.

I just signed up using my laptop and it says I don't have any subscriptions to view live streams. I then click the subscibe button and it takes me back to signing up for the match pass live video for £1. I've signed up twice, so I've probably just lost £2 as it isn't allowing me to view the stream on my laptop, or the site just isn't working?

A screen is displaying now I've refreshed the page, so hopefully it will work.

I’m having the same trouble tried it 10 times and it’s debited £20 from my bank, I’ve refershed it and now getting error message you’ve tried to too many times and his service is disabled

I had to close all tabs and use chrome

Still a shit stream though, volume is fine but picture is awful and keeps blacking out

May aswell just be listening on the radio

Fair play this is quite embarrassing for the club promoting this and getting it so wrong.

So many complaints all over social media , I cant see them using this streaming company again

They're obviously using different system/company from previous season as its same problem at stadium never had problem last season here!

This is not selling me city tv at all. Worked ok for most of the 1st half with a bit of lag...then it was black screen for last 5 min of the half.

2nd half its just buffering repeatedly. Seen about 2 min of actual live play.

I know it was a quid...but come on!!

Its just making what should be a pleasure a very frustrating experience

You're missing the point. Whether the service is free or just a token fee of £1... what should have been an enjoyable experience turned into a frustrating one. People, like myself, who are thinking of buying a season pass for £110, are going to question if they are making the right decision or not. They are looking to sell a service - they didn't do a good job of that.

Fair comment and frustrating is definitely the right word. Let's face it, if you go to the ground to watch the game live you don't expect some 6' 8" geezer to stand in front of you for 10 minutes so you can't see a thing.

The fact it was a 1 camera gig didn't help as I suspect it was the actual camera that was playing up. I noticed during the blackout they put another camera stream on pitchside, solely pointed at Etheridge, and that stream was fine, even though we couldn't see what the hell was going on in the game!

I think the Championship games are due to have a 4 camera stream so hopefully if one goes down they have a fallback position.

But you are quite right Alan, if you pay your money you expect quality goods to be delivered.
