In a workplace, Army environment sports academy system or other would you tell him just to suck it up and man up and show some character . The state of our snow flake society is shocking. Probably best to wait for the full facts to emerge before i get carried away. If we ever go to war god help us. How thankful we should be to our older generations who had far less but at sane time had so much more about them. Backbone and guts in abundance is what im searchine for.

I have have met him in person, and also had a confrontation with him because my friend took a photo with him (which he was aware of) and he said he would shove my friends phone up his ass if he didn’t delete the picture.

Obviously, he did nothing and Threatened to get his big boy friends to meet us the next day.

So, from my personal experience, I wouldn’t be surprised. I think he’s an absolute wanker but I am not accusing him of anything. Just stating someone in his position shouldn’t.

Many of us have met him in person and in better circumstances than you clearly did, so your view is clearly tainted by your friends alleged experience and I wonder what was done/said to make Craig react in that way, if he did/said it at all?

Did he agree to the photo initially or was he just (in your words) "aware of" and asked for it to be deleted for any number of reasons that are his prerogative and right?

I think there are a lot of assumptions either way with this, we don't actually know what was said or how he was treating certain players.

I don't agree with the mentality that people in my work say this and say that as if it's excepable or the old it didn't do me any harm.

It all depends who says it to you and why they said it to me. If my boss said it to me I wouldn't be offended but at the same time if I moved jobs and the new boss started calling me this and that and was treating me different to other staff I wouldn't find that an enjoyable working environment knowing if you tell your boss to do one your more than likely going to pay for.

Especially in football if someone like Bellamy took a dislike to someone and you argue back I'd bet you would find it hard to find another club.
