The Bluebirds have been boosted by the return of Harry Arter for the clash with Leicester.
Central midfielder Arter missed the 4-1 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield last time out but is set to start against the Foxes.
Aron Gunnarsson is also available for selection, although Jazz Richards will miss out, along with long-term absentees Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Lee Peltier.
As for the visitors, they will be without Daniel Amartey who underwent ankle surgery after being carried off the pitch on a stretcher late on in his side's 1-1 draw with West Ham last time out.
Centre-back Wes Morgan is available although Matty James - who is yet to play for the Foxes this season - will not feature despite returning to training this week following a long-term Achilles problem.

Injury update
NEIL WARNOCK:
“We’ve only got a couple of injury problems, Harry Arter is back, Jazz Richards isn’t going to make it this week but Aron Gunnarsson is back.
“We’ve got a decent squad with Harry back - fortunately this week he hasn’t got booked in training."
“In different circumstances we’d be really looking forward to it but it’s difficult for fans and supporters. Our fans will be fantastic and it will be quite emotional for our fans, they’re good people."
"Things like unite supporters and bring us together. It’s good to see both sets of supporters being how they are”

' CARDIFF FANS & LEICESTER FANS BEFORE SATURDAYS GAME WILL TOGETHER DO A SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO THOSE THAT DIED IN THE HELICOPTER CRASH '
The flag will bear the Cardiff and Leicester club logos, the Thailand flag and the words 'R.I.P Vichai'. It will be held by Bluebirds fans as the players walk out of the tunnel, before making its way into the away end.
Cardiff have promised to do everything they can to be supportive of Leicester and this is part of the exercise on behalf of the fans.
There will be a minute's silence before kick-off and the Cardiff players will wear black armbands of their own in a tribute to Srivaddhanaprabha.
About Leicester City Leicester City Football Club is an English professional football club based in Leicester. The club competes in the Premier League, England's top division of football, and plays its home games at the King Power Stadium.
The club was founded in 1884 as Leicester Fosse F.C., playing on a field near Fosse Road. They moved to Filbert Street in 1891, were elected to the Football League in 1894 and adopted the name Leicester City in 1919. They moved to the nearby Walkers Stadium in 2002, which was renamed the King Power Stadium in 2011.
Leicester won the 2015–16 Premier League, their first top-level football championship. They are one of only six clubs to have won the Premier League since its inception in 1992. A number of newspapers described Leicester's title win as the greatest sporting shock ever, considering at the start of the season they were favourites to face relegation. Multiple bookmakers had never paid out at such long odds for any sport. As a result, the team was dubbed "The Unbelievables", a spin-off hearkening back to Arsenal's undefeated team "The Invincibles". The club's previous highest ever finish was second place in the top flight, in 1928–29, then known as Division One. Throughout Leicester's history, they have spent all but one season in the top two leagues of English football. They hold a joint-highest seven second-tier titles (six Second Division and one Championship).
The club have been FA Cup finalists four times, in 1948–49, 1960–61, 1962–63 and 1968–69. This is a tournament record for the most defeats in the final without having won the competition. Leicester have several promotions to their name, two play-off final wins, and one League One title. In 1971, they won the FA Community Shield, and in 2016, they were runners-up. The club have won the League Cup three times in 1964, 1997 and 2000, as well as being runners-up in 1965 and 1999. Leicester City have also competed in European football, featuring in the 1961–62 European Cup Winners' Cup, 1997–98 UEFA Cup, 2000–01 UEFA Cup, and most recently the 2016–17 UEFA Champions League, reaching the quarter-finals of the competition in that year.
Previous MeetingWe last played Leicester City in March 2013, this was in the season in which we were first promoted to the Premier League ever. It was a fixture in the Championship at the Cardiff City Stadium. Michael Keane opened the scoring for the visitors in the second half, before Rudy Gestede sealed a point for the Bluebirds in the final minutes.
