A Bluebirds Club Account is the gateway to purchasing tickets and merchandise online, and the place to control which communications you receive from the Club.

From Thursday, 30th August 2018, all supporters will need to create a brand-new Bluebirds Club Account to continue to buy tickets and merchandise online!

To buy online, you’ll need to:

- Create your account using the same email address that you have already registered with us (if you already have one registered)

- Update your personal information

- Update your communication preferences

- Link your Fan Number

- A Bluebirds Club Account gives you one login for buying from the Club online, whilst allowing you to update your communication preferences and personal details on our database at any time with ease.

Your Account replaces existing eTicketing and Online Store accounts – creating a new account is the only way you can continue to:

- Buy tickets online

- Renew your Season Ticket online

- Buy official merchandise from the Online Store

- Earn or redeem CityCash on your online purchases


Create your club account via the Cardiff City Football Club website

Found it. Not actually in profile. Have to click on the three lines at the top and choose 'linked accounts'. If that helps anyone else ...

Anyone having problems receiving an email back with the link to confirm your email address?

Tried several times & still no email for over an hour, not even in the junk mail.

Went in to my spam for mine (Hotmail) and my son (Gmail).

Same not received email looked in spam and tried to get it resent but nothing

IT WILL PROMPT YOU TO GO TO YOUR NEW ONE.IT WILL SAY ACCOUNT NOT ACTIVATED.
CLICK RESEND EMAIL .

Now saying I have an invalid e-mail address. I sense trouble ahead and a very busy ticket office!!!

It's a balls up!! Still no email. Eticketing worked nicely too. Glad I got my chelsea tickets on Eticketing the other day now.

Still no activation email this morning and I have yet again clicked the resend link but nothing , yes I have checked my spam folder and nothing there too . Don't know why some fans have had theirs and some of us have not , good job I don't need to buy any tickets urgently on line !

Same here, no email to activate my account. I have a feeling this happened last time and I had to email the club. I use eticketing quite abit for various things so I hope it’s sorted ASAP, as want to order spurs away tickets online soon - as soon as they become available.

Done mine was simple.

Email was in junk folder.

Linked to my fan number automatically as well.

Still waiting, resent again, even tried to re-register and it says my email is already registered so it’s in the system just no authorisation email, even checked my junk/spam folder. Have emailed to see what’s happening.

Just a thought though with those of us having issues, what email providers are we having issues with?? Is it just one or is it all across the board ie just sky/yahoo or gmail and others as well?? I’m with Sky so it’s yahoo powered email

Unfortunately I saw the message but I don’t have 3 bars at the top! Even the ticket office do not know how to do it. Thanks anyway

Second day, still no activation email. Tried to resend it several times. Eticketing worked just fine. My email is Sky as a few others. I wonder if that’s the problem.

I know this sounds stupid but you’ve all checked your spam or junk mail folders haven’t you?

I emailed club and they sent a separate email over with the link on. All sorted. I think there is an issue with the sky/yahoo accounts and filtering.

Mines sorted now too, the confirmation link wouldn’t work as shown previously on this thread but thanks to Natasha at CCS they managed to bypass it as they could see their end I had confirmed and I was able to log in as normal then.

Definitely an issue with sky/yahoo email accounts
