Absolutely no mention of Tomlin in that one.

Which begs the question why buy a player that did so well at 10 last season if we’re not going to play him there

I hope not I just don’t see where he fits in to a Warnock side. If he won’t play him as one of the three in midfield and won’t play him as a lone striker where does he play him? Will he try him wing if Hoilett and NML are out?

When you spend that money you need to be spending on players who are going to start week in week out, we aint man city who got money to waste.
And the money we are spending should be with NOW in mind and staying up not next season when we are relegated.

He is far from the finished article but has shown enough in 3 games to suggest he will become a decent player in time

This comment makes me think your a WUM or complete idiot.
1) Prices have inflated and English players cost more so comparing price just doesn’t make sense.
2) Reid will be a handful in the championship
3) Everyone was jizzin their pants when we signed him now saying Warnock has fukt upClassic
Can’t believe youv compared reid to Cornelius clown.

I think people are questioning if warnock will use him rather than the lads qualities.

Handful in the championship? We are in the premier league fella not the championship. I aint saying warnock has fucked up, what im saying is regardless who the player is if you dont play him then its a waste of f*cking time and waste of f*cking money exactly the same as cornelius, thats the comparison, but hopefully it wont come to that and i dont think it will

Comparing him to Cornelius has lost you any credibility on here, clueless.

Fuk me mate we’ve played 3 games which he’s played a part in what you talking about not playing him do you watch City ?
There is an element in both arguments that I agree with.
Considering NW had £10m of his budget remaining apparently to buy a "decent" striker at the end of the window and whilst we desperately needed a proven striker, £10m couldn't get us one, then its a reasonable question to ask why did we spend £10m on Bobby Reid and then not play him? Indeed if we didn't buy Reid then clearly it could be assumed we could have then had £20m for the striker we needed!
Whilst Bobby Reid is a proven Championship striker, I simply cannot see any sense in the view that he was a great buy because we can keep him to get us a hat full of goals "when" (not "if" mind) we are relegated!!? Why on earth would we need him to get us a hat full in the Championship - so we can get promoted to the EPL and then get relegated again - come on ffs!!
On what I've seen so far, Bobby Reid - in the few minutes he has had - looks more likely to score than does Zohore - who for me offers much but delivers little. I would play Bobby Reid alongside Zohore or Madine now - what have we got to lose - we certainly won't score any less goals than we are now and if we do get relegated we will have done so having a go and not with a whimper like we did with Malky/OGS!!

Who’s to say we wernt for a 20m striker, you don’t throw that type of money away unless your 100 percent sure. Perhaps Ron don, deeney, ings etc didn’t want to come to a club fighting relegation. 10m is nothing these days when you take the rise of tv money into account, so I can’t see how it can be compared to Cornelius who was also on 45k a week, Reid will be on no where near that. Plus Reid is contributing Cornelius contributed fucall.
You could put David silva in the 10 position and he would struggle in our team.

I agree it’s never gonna be like a Cornelius signing.

The problem is that NW likes playing with 2 wingers & it seems that’s at all costs and he is reluctant to break up the RAC combination (Ralls, Arter, Camarasa). Would prefer to see Reid start against Arsenal than Kadeem. No comparison.

That’s the point I am trying to make..he needs time to settle in and adapt. There is no comparison between him and Tomlin, don’t think you can question Reid’s work rate or commitment!!
Unlike Tomlin I think Reid will be in every match day squad if fit this season
