nothing was said about certain political parties or ideologies, just simply 'against facism' but you'd swear it was a personal attack by how defensive some become, makes you wonder..

You don't know my politics and don't presume to do so.Yours are quite clear.
I certainly don't like my football club's badge being associated with political issues.
There should be no issue on asking for clarity on something like this. Not a question of being defensive.
If a person is asked -by implication or directly- to be against a 'thing' they should naturally enquire as to what that 'thing' is exactly and what it entails and understand it.
Many view the left as being 'fascistic' in their thoughts and actions and Labour has clear anti-Semitic stances.
What particular defenition of 'Fascism' and by implication people/organisations is the OP against?

I nearly spat my coffee out when I read this topic and very little was being mentioned about the political ramifications crossing over into football, but as the poster of the last Tommy Robinson thread I thought it best to keep my nose out.
Thank you for posting.
Double standards are obviously not privy to newspapers and governments.

And some ought to get their heads out their arse and stop reading the Guardian. Censoring free speech because you don’t agree with their politics is Facist, no platforming speakers in our Unis is Facist, trying to get Nigel Farrage sacked from LBC is Facist.

You had three attempts there , and still couldn`t get the word fascist right![]()
I agree with your view that censoring free speech is wrong. However , there must also be the ability to criticise and question the views of those allowed that free speech.
