Our tickets i believe are excellent value. However this graphic is not the best comparison for season ticket value. The list does not take into account the number of games. For instance, the Arsenal season ticket gives you 7 cup games as well (£34.27 per game) whereas the Tottenham one is for league games only (£41.84 per game) so bit of a misleading graphic.

I don’t think we want people buying ST to watch the best players and teams. We want them to watch Cardiff city. For me if they not Cardiff fans duck them. Plenty moan about glory supporters now they actively being encouraged lmao.

Come city fans treat you self to a season of watching Cardiff.

and are now the loyal ,entitled ,reward seeking superfans.....

i just dont get it mate...its the club not fans that decide the prices but i find the attitude of what seems the majority of fans a bit anti Cardiff tbh...ive spent my entire football supporting life trying to encourage people to watch us { as have most of my mates } because i want our club to be all it can be...yet most of these semi newbies dont care how full the ground is so long as they are paying less than than the new newbies...its so alien to how our fans used to be..

Ive not read the post like that, ive read it in that he doesn't want people buying season tickets and just turning up for the big games (and leaving the seats empty the rest of the time). He wants City fans to buy them and enjoy the season.

really?
the thread is about how many are left...surely its better you sell them than dont sell them..?
and looking at sales so far its only the big games will be full so anyone buying a ST isnt taking the place of any bona fide Cardiff Fan..

That’s correct mate.

And also if we get relegated and they leave don’t start calling them glory supporters as they as welcome as anyone else.

Only 49 tickets on line for Arsenal game and not many more for Man City and Newcastle, how can we still have 2000 season tickets to sell?

Might not have all the tickets up on eticketing yet. Might be holding some back still.

thats not how it works though..i know long term fans who gave up their STs in the last 2 or 3 years...and also blokes that bought to ensure a cup final ticket who still have STs....the idea that there is this imaginary group of people who all act identically is bonkers .......

I don't either mate, I obviously hope I'm wrong but I can see a good few empty seats for the Newcastle game which will be a shame.

I don't see Newcastle bringing 3,300 for a 12.30 on Sky game. Last time we played them in the Premiership they brought 1,800. I don't see many more of these 2,000 season tickets being sold in the next 3 weeks neither do I see a massive walk up The general sale match-day prices are £33 in the Ninian Stand, and £35 and £40 in the Red Seats centre blocks, for Newcastle?? Got to stick the booking and admin fee's on that aswell

28,000 I reckon.

Newcastle took 4K to Hull for a friendly. I know it’s not far but fair play and hardly any new signings Die Hards. They will fill our away end.

Well they haven't filled it in their last two visits and the allocation was even less then so I guess we will see.

Yeah your right, how the feck did I forget about that  tbf though that was cos they thought they were going to win the League.

Don't get me wrong I do hope they sell out, I want the ground to be full more than anything, I just can't see it

Hope your right and you might well be as first away for them, long way for an early kick off mind, 3,300 is a big allocation to shift.

They only brought 1,800 last time in Premiership and that was 3pm on a Saturday.

You say Newcastle brought 1800 in the prem but the attendance was 27583. How do you get a capacity crowd if the away team only brings half the away allocation. I smell bull shit.

Allocation was probably lower back then.

Also, is it 3,300 this season? I imagine it’s a little less

the away end was not rigid the last time.{not sure if it will be this time around }
Newcastle were not the only club to not take up the full 2,700 either West Ham about 1800 and att 27,846..Sunderland brought 1600 .att 27,247..
if your going to smell bullshit at least get it right.

FYI all the attendaneces from that season home and away (including away followings) can be found on here if you do a search.

It’s around 3000. Minimum away allocation is lower of 3000 or 10% of capacity . Will depend where the segregation is and if the away team take them all

Allocation was probably lower back then.

So as the game was a sell out are you saying they put Cardiff fans in the Newcastle end or did Newcastle sell their full allocation? If they sold their full allocation then your argument is lost.

The segregation area can be moved to put away seats into the home end.
