How on earth did Tan allow this to happen. Did this transfer go on behind his back. Tan employs people to look after his businesses. Its well documented Tan blames Malky for all of this but I'm struggling to believe he is 100% to blame. Acorn was untried so was a risk so to pay £8m was crazy. I recall Nigel Pearson at the time the Leicester manager was interested in Acorn but would have not gone above £500k to buy him. So how did we end up spending all that money for him?

Im not sure how you can Blame Tan for Malkys poor signings, Tan at the time was still pretty new to football and its workings, he foolishly trusted Malky that is true to do what was in the best interest of the club and to spend the money wisely. Tan was naïve and I have no doubt that won’t happen again going forward no matter what league we are in.
I will say Sam has a cheek saying “we have no business to be paying this sort of money to buy players, we have no business to be paying these sort of wages”, Sam was the one who started the gravy train for players at city, paying huge silly wages and fees while in what was division 3 and 2 back then, wasn’t Peter Thorne on 10k a goal bonus and in the end we couldn’t play him because we couldn’t afford for him to score. Yet Sam is giving advice to Tan, the man who had to pay Sam off because he couldn’t sort out his own mess and debt. Say what you like about Tan but he at least seems to be accountable for the debt he makes.

we all know it was none of Tans doing that. He had made such a mess of things he had to listen to those who knew something about football.
Warnock was most likely Dalmans idea but he had to wait until Trollope made such a mess of it, who was Tans ideas by the way, until he managed to get his way. The only praise I will give Tan is that he finally decided to keep himself out of stuff he knew nothing about.

Tan has been the one loyal constant through all the ups and downs to Cardiff.
Fair play mr hamman for moving on and showing respect let’s hope all the bitter fans who live in the past can come into the present and fully enjoy the tan and wArnock era.
Can’t wait till Sunday. See you all there.
and where were you when we were in red heading for crowds of 4,000? Didn't see the likes of you praising Tan then.
I was there didn’t like the red but tan delivered so I accepted it as he spent his money. You me or any other Cardiff fan couldn’t do what he done for the club.
Sold out for his money....disgusting.

Sir a number of people know me well on here and know what extent I go to watch our team. I'm very much into the support the team not the regime. To use this argument against those who object to Tan is the lowest you can get.
