I said this a few weeks back its been coming the norm lately that because we are not going away in big numbers and the fact you don't see any trouble at our home matches anymore fans are becoming brave and all of a sudden they want to have a go at us I don't know what they are expecting half the time I wouldn't encourage anybody to go down this road anymore it's not i worth it I know we got to defend ourselves if it happens our fans still can like the incident in mansfield a few weeks if the city had gone there on a Saturday afternoon it would have been a diffrent ball game but as I said I wouldn't encourage it to anyone to get involved my advice when you do go away keep you're whitts about and stay alert

The incident against Brighton which had a lot of fuss made over it st the time was three kids of about 15-16 running up behind one Brighton fan, big bloke with a bandana and long blonde hair with a Brighton shirt on.
One of them hit him hard as they ran past and then ran off whilst some old lady who I guess was a Sloper Road resident screamed at them. I always remember the kid that hit him was so small it seemed he had to jump to hit him. If that old lady had got hold of the kid I think she would have killed him.
The guy got up, a bit stunned a few moments later.
Seemed to be OK. A cowardly attack no doubt , and shameful as a City fan. However it wasn't the hammering it was made out to be, mainly by Brighton fans.
I was 20 yards away by the way and saw it happen.
TBH I had a feeling someone might have a go at that guy as he stood out a mile and at the time it wasn't a good idea to walk around in colours outside the ground.

Must be a different incident then. I saw about ten guys probably young 20s running up Sloper Road then saw two Brighton fans suffering. One with a huge eye. They definitely weren’t 15/16 year olds.

Running toward where the bridges were, opposite Jubilee Park ?
If so, it was definitely just one guy that got hit, a big long haired blonde fella. And definitely kids. I couldn't believe the cheek on them. They legged it straight away too, as the City fans around ( and the old woman) werent happy at all about it
Cowardly either way.. and a long time ago now.

Marks mate is still sore and in pain now.

Leeds have been attacking smaller numbers for years cowardly twats who rely on big numbers or don't do anything..
I remember a van full of Leeds giving a cardiff fan a lift after our promotion game at Scunthorpe if i remember right they gave him a kicking and threw him out of the van whilst driving down a motorway or A road?
Anyone remember that?
