Aston Villa and Wolves have also shown an interest in buying Grabban but City’s recent form has prompted Warnock’s late move.

Sunderland are sweating as they had lined up Liverpool’s Ben Woodburn to come in.
Jurgen Klopp has made them wait while the teenager is not convinced over a loan move.

Sunderland's Championship survival hopes were dealt a major blow with their top scorer Grabban returning to Bournemouth.
Neil Warnock is in the market for some striking options at Cardiff
The striker, 29, was on a season-long loan with the rock-bottom Black Cats and scored 12 goals for them in 19 league games.
But Bournemouth triggered a recall clause in Grabban's Sunderland deal so they can cash in on him this transfer window.

The way he's playing at the moment we'd be very lucky to get £5m for him.

Thing is, if it's between us and Wolves I think he'd choose us.
Wolves have just signed a striker (Mir) and Grabban would be stuck on the bench.
The way Ken is playing, he'd be first choice for us.
I really hope this happens.
Grabban and a first class midfielder would be a massive boost.

If he's been recalled from a loan he is going to be sold not loaned out again.

I read it first from @DailyMailOnline. Obviously The Sun have got hold of it too.

Cardiff City are launching a bid to sign Lewis Grabban.
Bournemouth want to sell the 29-year-old and have recalled him from his loan spell at Sunderland where he scored 12 goals in 20 games.

Fulham, Wolves and Aston Villa have all asked to sign Grabban, while Cardiff would like a loan deal with a view to making the deal permanent in the summer.

Manager Neil Warnock is keen to recruit a new striker.
He tried for West Ham's Diafra Sakho but was put off by their £15million asking price.
Warnock has also considered Cameron Jerome at Norwich City.

Assuming this is not yet another rumour that the press are full of at this time of the year, which club would you choose out of Cardiff, Wolves, or Aston Villa. I thought Warnock was keeping everything under wraps until he actually manged to get sign his players, and I don't take all this paper talk too seriously. If he is photographed at the CCS holding a Cardiff City shirt, then I will believe this is more than a rumour. After all, there are a few hundred other players mentioned already.
Would be great if he came here, but I thought he was out of our price range as far as wages etc., were concerned. I hope this is one rumour that is true.

6 month loan

Wouldn't sell Zohore though, still think he will come good when his form picks up and he can be the difference.

Huge fee, huge wages. Cannot see this one happening in the slightest. I would love to be wrong though.
