FULL TIME: Everton 3-1 Swansea
Swansea lose again tonight, and remain bottom. They’re four points from safety, meaning they’re guaranteed to be in the bottom three for Christmas. They will spend Christmas bottom of the league unless they beat Palace on Saturday.

Big match for the Jacks. They’ll stay bottom of the Premier League unless they can beat Everton, who are managed by Sam Allardyce.
Reminds me of this

Would be shocked if Everton don’t win, he’s turned them around since he went there. May be expensive, but he gets results.

Want them to get stuffed but they'll put 11 behind the ball . Everton will find it hard to break them down until they get first goal
Rooney is on form though

Can already see the difference in Ashley Williams playing for Allardyce compared to Koeman.
Can only be good for Wales.

Wayne Rooney misses a penalty in first half stoppage-time but Dominic Calvert-Lewin scores the rebound.
1-1 at half time.

I won't be shedding tears

BUT Swansea should have gone in half time 1-0 up. Ridiculous penalty to give away. The other penalty...

outside the box and arguably not a foul!
(Ref almost as bad as the one in Reading v Cardiff! Booking Holgate for a good tackle!!)
Ah well relegation still beckons for the Swans- so sad, very sorry

Will take some effort for them to stay up now. At the same stage when we went on to finish bottom we had taken 17 points after 18 games. I don't even know if they've managed 17 shots.

But no matter how much they loose they are still very close to safety. People get over excited every year and they seem to find a way to survive.
