And into another nest?
Sun Jan 22, 2017 8:11 pm
Nice lad gives his all but not played well for a good few years, makes the wrong decision time after time, rarely beats his man these days, one trick pony, sounds harsh but true. Drives me potty.

Sounds promising?

Not even in the match day squad yesterday. Warnock keeping him injury free pending a possible transfer ??

If we sign Hayes, then Nooney will go. It might be best for him....he just hasn't improved, in fact he's gone backwards this season.

Was same last season and frustrating.

Hes near the top of the list for moving on my opinion.

Recall Sam Hamman saying Noone was the only decent player we had as we played Forest Green pre season friendlies before the start of our premier season.
That night we were not convincing of a premier club at all with only Noone showing any talent. He scored a cracking goal in a 4-3 win. Well Sam then was the only guy upstairs who knew anything about football and his comment made some of us starting to doubt our chances for the coming season. For me it made me believe we needed to be a united club to survive. We were nothing of the sort and the rest is history.

I think the best thing for him would be to move on seems he needs a new challenge
Sun Jan 22, 2017 8:39 pm
Fly the nest and into another?? Seagulls, owls, canaries??

Head and shoulders better than kadeem who really is a one trick pony

Still unsure about Kadeem, I think Warnock knows he isn't good enough for a promotion challenge next year but neither is nooney, he will be looking for hoilett and another.

Drives me potty too!
He is a decent player though and I think a fresh challenge would do him good.

KH beat his man every single time he took him on yesterday and had an assist for the goal. Cant remember the last time CN beat his man, unless he drifts inside (as he's no longer got the pace to go outside) and ends up disappearing up his own @rse.
KH may not be the answer but hes a far far better option than CN at the moment.

leauge 1 player, will flourish in there

Kads is improving and against Villa he destroyed Hutton, who isn't a bad fullback.
His assist for Healey's goal was dead on.

Agree. he terrified Hutton against villa. Noone never fully recovered from his injury a few years ago.At the player presentation last season he was telling us hes been playing at about 60 percent fitness. Top lad and the effort is always there but definetly time to move on

NW has said one or two players need a fresh challenge.I like most assume Noone is one of these.

Were you at the Burton match Deano? Harris beat his man and crossed on the bye line with his left, not right, a perfect cross that Healey had the pleasure of sticking in from 6 yards out.
Whilst I would agree Harris is not as good as we would like, he still managed to do something right there that Nooney couldn't ever hope to achieve - cross with his 'weaker' foot.
And Harris has pace. Oh, and scored against Shitty...
So that's crossing with his weaker foot, pace and scoring...apart from that, Nooney's fine!

WE'VE NOT SEEN HIM AT HIS BEST SINCE WE COME DOWN

We do not need Hayes.
Kennedy showed enough on Saturday to justify a few more games to see if he is worth a new contract. if not then pursue an alternative in the summer. Not a near 30 year old with no pedigree.

Not sure about that.To me it seems that you gotta have the right attitude and temperament to get into a Warnock team with technical ability coming second.Take the players he's signed, you can sum them all up by saying they don't know when to lie down and are aggressive. The type that won't give up a lost cause.Reading the aberdeen forum that seems to be what we can expect from Hays if he signs. He is probably no better technically than Nooney but we all know that Noone is a confidence type of player and hasn't got the same impact on a game as he had when he first arrived. To this end I think his future lies elsewhere. As for pedigree I think we've all gotta trust Warnocks judgement at some point. To me The verdict is still out on Kennedy also and Warnock does tend to prefer experience and proven temperament.

Harris is a throwback winger. He hugs the touchline, burns full backs and knocks a cross in. But, do we have Alan Lee in there to connect. Lambert will be still on the D and Kenny jumps 1 foot and ducks 2 foot to head the ball.
IMO Kennedys subtle curved ball into the box on Saturday showed more football intelligence than Harris has all season. This is because Kennedy is not a burner, so has to have a few more things in the locker.
Its not the wingers i am concerned about, its the full backs (minus Peltier)

Bang on. Infact Harris had made a bigger impact than Hoilett in recent weeks. Who over been a little dissapointed by, he hasn't really set the world alight although I think he's a decent player and hope he stays.

100% agree with this, people forget Kadeen is still very raw, Noone has the quality but rarely show it.

Noone started to go backwards the day he was switched to the right. He was bought as a winger and excited & threatened, then converted to a midfielder and was very rarely ever the same.
I was brought up on wingers taking people on and generally going on the outside and getting crosses in, his right foot is for standing on??
