' Kenneth Zohore failed again '

Warnock takes Kenneth Zohore off in the 67th min against struggling Burton Albion.


For me he gives his all,but is def not the answer for Cardiff City as a striker.

Zohore has had a run of games,plenty,should def be fit by now.

Zohore might be cheap,but in the long run he is very costly to us as he is our main striker.

I do agree he gives 100% every game

Couldn't make today my boy not well, he is a million times better than he was and can make an impact with his strength and awkwardness but not a natural footballer and can't head the ball. Time will tell, Warnock is right to keep praising the lad and will get the best from him. But it remains to be seen if his best is good enough. Always struggle against these teams.

Yes Warnock def does Karl, but if I had said that I would of been accused of being negative,over spending and not supporting our current strikers, yet we have not got a decent striker in my opinion.

Zohore might get you 5 goals a season, it's not enough for your main striker and we need to invest now if somebody comes available.

There is nothing wrong with Zohore. Just like there wasn't anything wrong with Rudy.

Target men don't usually score 20 goals a season and the ones that do usually end up in the premier league costing millions.

He was against Ben Turner today so it would of been a hard game for him with Turner being just as big and just as strong.

He's doing alright just needs to get into better positions and needs more service.

Would be nice to have a decent striker of course, don't think we need them now though, should easily stay up with what we got and that's all that matters till May! Then they need to brought in for next season

Zahore a striker that doesn't score.

Zohore did well today and was unlucky not to score in the first half when he created a chance for himself out of self determination to close the ball down.

I agree with the comparison with Rudy although it is true he needs to add goals his performances but I believe he is improving. For this season Zohore and Lambert will do just enough to give us a decent league finishing spot.

Next season? I think NW has already made it clear he wants a new quality finisher.

There isn't a striker in the league that would have scored for us today. Delivery was f*cking shocking from set peaces, constant hopeless long balls and no creativity. I'm surprised you've picked Zahore out of a shocking team performance today, as he was one of the only players on the pitch running and giving 100%. He was struggling with an injury which is why he was taken off for the useless Lambert. Very harsh and unnecessary thread.

I thought he had a poor game today.

If anyone expects any centre forward to score goals the way city played today they are being unrealistic! but we do need an out an out striker for next season if going anywhere that's for sure

So whats the alternative? buy a player for cheap who probably isn't guna do any better than zahore to rot on the bench, we've had enough of them over the years. We've got enough to stay up so if clubs want silly money then lets wait for the summer and pick up a couple of good deals.

The kid is not great, but Kicking it into Turners zone was plain fcuking stupid !!!!!! Turner also dominated Lambert.

The Whingers got their wish and Whitts was benched and we never managed a decent pass all game. Sergio Aguero wouldn't have scored today. We are simply a kick and rush team playing a L1 team and we got lucky

Totally agree with you! Zohore had no service and chased lost causes. Also he held the ball up very well and stayed strong up against some big defenders today, oh and nearly got a goal. He certainly didn't fail!! For me he did very well today!

And like you say Morrison and Connolly were shocking, just lumping balls any where and hoping for the best.

I rarely come on here anymore but I had to log in to give my opinion on this regarding Zahore. Why such a negative post title considering we've just won the game ??

We don't need strikers - we need creative midfield players to make chances for the strikers we have. No point in getting new strikers in now, but maybe in the summer.

The whole team was, very unfair singling Zahore out. IMO he will be a good player for us in times to come, only 22. Doesn't score in a few games and gets rinsed but has had nothing to feed off and barely put a foot wrong.
