' Paul Trollope has to go Now '

Tue Sep 27, 2016 8:30 pm

Yes no doubt we would make another poor appointment but we haven't lost many players, Amos been decent. He's a coach not a manager, simple as that. All in the comfort zone. Kadeem our best player on bench. Zahore???? Guy isn't a football player.

Trollope out

Re: ' Paul Trollope has to go Now '

Has to go, we lacked pace and real quality under slade but we were hard to beat. This guy has made us so easy to play against, we don't create anything whatsoever so sides just wait for the opportunity to come which it does and that's it game over. I said it before I will say it again, get rid we might have a chance, keep him and we ate down.

Re: ' Paul Trollope has to go Now '

I didn't want him thought he was the complete opposite to what we needed but hoped it would work but he's proven that he's not good enough as a manager but what's ruined us this season is the way the club stuck a knife in by letting Marshall go and Fabio and didn't address the lack of pace everyone knows we have almost sabotage ffs

Firstly, I don't think Trollope should be sacked, and I really hope he doesn't get sacked.

Secondly, can fans at least assign the problems appropriately! A player who cannot find his own player from 10 yards IS NOT A MANAGERIAL PROBLEM!! Players not moving IS NOT A MANAGERIAL PROBLEM!! (Unless someone is honestly trying to suggest that Trollope is in training telling them to stand still!) A managerial problem is that this is happening consistently and the player isn't dropped.

Thirdly, if you have decided that you think Trollope should be sacked, can you at least have a bit of common sense and not ask for a proven shit long term manager (I.e. Slade) to be the one to replace him! At least try and look for another manager to suggest instead!

Look you clown he's put out a player that's injured who then gets injured then towards end of game brings on a defender as a striker, drops Harris again and plays the chuckle brothers (Noone n Ralls) in midfield who should not be near the first team so cuntybollocks I ask you this, do you want us to go down cause we're going that way under this inexperienced Bafoon

He was sitting in the dug out most of last season, he knew the personnel and should have known the problems or at least been able to carry on progressing the club. Of course it's down to him, he picks the team, he is totally and utterly culpable. He has to go. He isn't dropping out of form players ie Ralls, No one and Connolly and he doesn't bother with the in form players ie Harris.

Its a lost cause even I can't see improvements from Trollope not starting Harris and a failed gamble on starting a crocked Lambert and left us with no outlet upfront for the rest of the game and putting Manga upfront when we are 2 nil down and bringing Harris to little to late and losing two nil to a team in managerial turmoil and have struggled to score all season and lose 3 games on the trot and not one goal in any of those games f*cking I've had it with him now.

Truthfully, Trollope doesn't give a shit about our club. If he did, he'd put aside his pride, and resign his position. Sadly, yet another manager who would rather wait for their pay off.

He's clearly a decent coach, but that's it. I watch a damn lot of football, and I'm also not one of those who jumps on our players back each week when they aren't passing and attacking like Barca, but I could write a bloody long essay about everything wrong with what I saw tonight and in the Leeds game, let alone the games before that too.

Players starting to have a go at each other too, I noticed. Not a good sign.

My reference to slade wasn't to suggest him as replacement but highlighting how under him we were actually competing. Astor the players, I do agree it's also down to them but when it's consistently happening as you put it then changes are needed. Harris for a start. And zahore???? Play a kid.

Annis calls me Mr Positive, am usually optimistic but anyone can see a mile off this job is not for him.

Yes,the injury situation you mentioned, that is a manageriral problem and fair to bring up about him! Same with bringing Manga on as striker, although I can half see a reason to do it, I don't think he should have! Harris, from what I have seen of him, he's become one of those players where he doesn't seem to have anywhere near as much of an impact when he starts as when he comes on in the last 20-30 minutes. I wish he wasn't, but it does happen occasionally! No, of course I don't want us to go down, but I don't think we will go down under Trollope, and even if we do, I think he's got the right base to build on from a fresh start.

Nothing wrong with Amos. He's been hung out to dry by our defence, to be honest.

This is as bad as I have ever witnessed in 40 years.
We had excesses before as we had shot players, these players are reasonable but playing shit.
Trollope is out of his depth.
He has demoralised the team and allowed us to start the season with the worst forward line the club has had since the dark days of the 80,s.
He has to go now.
