QPR BIDWELL BID ACCEPTED
Brentford have accepted an offer from Queens Park Rangers for defender Jake Bidwell, according to Sky sources.
The fee is understood to be in the region of £1.3m for the player who has a year left to run on his contract at Griffin Park.
We understand Bidwell will have a medical at QPR on Friday ahead of finalising personal terms.

NEWCASTLE TO SEAL GAYLE DEAL
Dwight Gayle has passed a medical and agreed personal terms on a move to Newcastle, according to Sky sources.
The Crystal Palace forward will become Rafa Benitez's second signing of the summer following the arrival of goalkeeper Matz Sels from Gent.
Sky sources understand Newcastle have agreed to sign Gayle, who has been Palace's top scorer in each of the past three seasons, for a fee in the region of £9m.

IRONS SIGN MANTOM
Scunthorpe have signed midfielder Sam Mantom on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old will join the Iron on a three-year contract on July 1 after his current deal with Sky Bet League One rivals Walsall expires.
Mantom started his career as a trainee at West Brom before enjoying loan spells at Oldham and Tranmere.
"I'm over the moon," he told Scunthorpe's official website.

Birmingham have signed Ryan Shotton from Derby County for an undisclosed fee.
The defender has penned a three-year deal at St Andrew's after spending the second half of last season at the club.
Ex-Stoke City man Shotton made nine appearances for Birmingham, scoring once, and had one year left on his contract at the iPro Stadium.

PALACE MEDICAL FOR TOWNSEND
More now on breaking news that Crystal Palace have triggered Andros Townsend's £13m release clause, opening the door for the Newcastle winger to undergo a medical in London this afternoon.
According to Sky sources, the medical is currently taking place and Townsend will then sign a five-year deal with the Eagles, though final terms are still being discussed.
Townsend joined Newcastle from Tottenham in January having dropped down the pecking order at Spurs.

Swansea City youngster Oliver Davies has joined Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock on loan until the end of the season, the Premier League club have confirmed.
The 21-year-old goalkeeper, who helped Swans U21s lift the Development League Two title during the 2014/15 campaign, rejoins the East Ayrshire side after a five-month loan move was cut short last season due to injury.

STANLEY SIGN JONES
Accrington have completed the loan signing of Callam Jones from West Brom.
The 20-year-old defender, who was sidelined for 18 months with a serious knee injury before returning to action in April, has signed a six-month deal with Stanley.
"This is what I need, to be playing men's football,” Jones told Accrington’s official website.
“I've been playing U21's football for a while now so I've been at the same level. I think coming here will be a good learning curve for me."

DEL BOSQUE LEAVES SPAIN POST
Vicente del Bosque has resigned as Spain head coach after eight years in the role.
The 65-year-old, who led his country to victory at the 2010 World Cup and Euro 2012, was expected to step down after Spain crashed out of Euro 2016 at the last-16 stage on Monday, losing 2-1 to Italy at the Stade de France in Paris.
Spain's poor showing in France followed on from their group stage exit at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, where they were the first nation to be eliminated.
Del Bosque announced his decision to leave his post on Spanish radio on Thursday evening.
