I did say he should've started.

Marshall, kept us in the game

Marshall. He saved Slade big time.

Whittingham, heavily involved in all aspects of play, distribution was ok, nobody capitalising on the balls he was spraying about

Whitts by a mile.
Forget the penalty, his range of passing and eagerness to pick up the ball was superb.

Whitts by a country mile....
A decent manager sussed how to use his talent and hide his weaknesses.

Really

, looked very poor to me
Marshall is the only reason we are still in with any chance at play off's. To have too rely on a last minute penalty to beat a relegated 10 man Bolton team is totally embarrassing

.

Marshall for me today.

Gone for Zohore as he did what a striker needs to do score. Hope he stays on loan next season and progresses looks promising.

If the embargo is lifted we will get him permanently.

Went for Whitts due to distribution of ball. And cool head for 9 3rd min pen. Must admit I liked zohore today, I have said in previous posts that he's Sunday league quality but did well today. And big applause to our NO 1 what a keeper

Easiest choice all season, Whittingham was a class above everyone else on the pitch. Superb.

Marshall for me, but I thought Whitts played some outstanding passes out there today!

I found it a lot funnier somebody voting for Zohore!
But it's all about opinions I guess.

Why ffs? Whitts was excellent i agree, and kept his cool when needed with the penalty, but Marshall kept us in the game with 2 excellent saves, 1 to stop it going 2-0 and 1 to stop it going 2-1. They were both key moments in the game.

Some great saves by David Marshall late on but overall it has to be Peter Whittingham.

Whitts!
