Lee Peltier will miss this one after coming off at half time at Bristol City. The Bluebirds’ right-back left the game on crutches but X-rays revealed he only had bruising and there was no break, he will be assessed over the next week. David Marshall picked up a small back injury towards the end of the last outing but should be fit to play.
Fabio was likely to miss out but in Peltier’s absence he may be rushed back to fill-in, alternatively Connolly will start at right-back and Morrison will come in at centre-half. Peter Whittingham and Lex Immers were both taken off as precautions at Ashton Gate but both should start again on Tuesday.
