Get Sh@t loads of Films on a £25 Kodi box with this tip!

Sat Feb 27, 2016 11:35 pm

If you have a Kodi box do this and you can watch anything! My mate typed in the Simpsons and got 27 Seasons! Channel 1 is blocked heavily in the UK but you can get around this.Lots of sport available to and you can get them cheaply from eBay or sites such as Wish.

Firstly go to settings on the main menu and go to more settings then go to security and enable all programs by ticking the top box and unticking the other. (Cancel this later)

(Delete Kodi Data on Settings first)

Go to browser and on google type apk.mirror.

Download Kodi Jarvis 16 (latest version)

Go to video add ons on Kodi and go to get more.

Go to Channel 1 and then go to configure, click enable domain then type one of the domains in the picture below.

Press open and presto! You have a squillion streams! :ayatollah:

You could also use a VPN to enable apps.

Another good one is type Husham Wizard and look for a video on you tube that says it's the best wizard. Follow the advice and spend a bit of time deleting excess apps and it works great! :D

You can get Kodi 16 on apk.mirror and it works great! Channel 1 is the best on there. Genesis is probably blocked just google Genesis domain, change the domain in configure an unblock it. :ayatollah:

Genesis is dead, download Exodus in its place, frampton was OK on sportsdevil, and my mate said his was Ok but not great on ukturks, would leave the utube ones like Husham alone, use the safer one TVMC.

It is not a kodi box, Kodi is the operating system, They are so cheesed of with people advertising on ebay fully loaded Kodi box that they are now going to sue people who state it is a Kodi Box.

They seem to have no complaints for people buying a £26 box and loading it themselves, but are against the people who advertise a fully loaded one for £80,because Kodi is a free Open Source company they do not want to lose that status by those people making a fortune by using their name.

You will find that exodus is running OK at the moment, it stops starts according to the tvmc people because of issues with the people on youtube who are being a problem at the moment, also netflix is blocking a few of the site, but as I stated Exodus is very good at the moment, the developer of the Royal We is updating his addon so that should be ok soon

Meant that the add ons istop start not the Exodus addon

I've loaded up kodi, and XBMC before it, loads of times but always give up with it.

After all the years it has been around why is it so cumbersome. Setting it up is a pain with all its programs and repositories.

The likes of apps like Showbox and Megabox HD for films plus Mobdro for live sports are so much.more easier to load up and use on Android.

Listen, if you want to watch films and TV shows the best and reliable way is to not use kodi. Download showbox and cartoonHD apk files from the web. They are standalone apps and they very rarely buffer at all. Believe me it will save you alot of hassle. Also if you want all your sports in one reliable place then go to www.uktvnow.net and and download their apk app. Again most reliable for sports channels and has an events section for all 3pm kick offs, sky box office and UFC fight as well as all the sky packeges like movies, sport, entertainment and movies.

Very new to this android stuff. Kind of a message for rontom as why should you not use this you tube stuff. Husham was what I used to install something called Titanium on the Kodi which in turn gave me loads of streams, sports, etc.

Is this Husham a bit dodgy and can I do something that will mess my Amazon fire hd tv box. Really a novice around all this and now worried I shouldn't have done what I did. Can I also install Showbox, Uktvnow thru the Es explorer straight to the fire.

Any help is greatly appreciated from any and all. Do you guys manage to find places to watch the city matches as live in Reading and cannot always get to matches. If so what else should I be putting on this Amazon fire.

Cheers

Can't give you a great deal of info regarding the fire stick as I don't use one but you can get uktvnow on it. I know that much. Best thing to do is Google it or type in showbox fire stick and see what comes up. The best way to learn is to explore via Google and YouTube. On the plus side very little can go wrong with using these programs.

Just get Velocity, or even Genesis (I know the devs have stopped support for it but its still streaming quite a bit of new tv shows/films

What I have heard about Husham is that he is very good at instructions on how to download items into Kodi, but most of his builds do not work, and some people, if you check on youtube state that a lot of adverts are downloaded as well, I have not used any of the links he has suggested you download, but have followed his instructions and then used the geniune links of the developer, that is always the safest way.

I have not downloaded Uktvnow yet, but yes it should be possible through Es explorer, but I use adbfire to download to my firestick, I find that quite easy to use, but other people prefer Es explorer it is just personal choice,

Click the links below, it will show you how to download, exodus, ustvnow, and velocity, you will be surprised how easy it is to download

https://www.tvaddons.ag/exodus/

https://www.tvaddons.ag/ustvnow-kodi/

Hope this helps

Just tried to install uktvnow on fire stick using adbfire, no problems downloaded in about 3mins, have not tried it yet will do so later on.

Just to let you know it does not download to kodi, as it is a stand alone apk, once downloaded you will find it in applications, manage apps on your firestick, just as you would find the Kodi app

Hi Rontom, thanks for the info. This should be made a sticky and left on the main page for good.

Saving paying sky there extortionate prices is definitely the way forward. Money grabbing barstuards.

Is there a way of getting these add ons thru Kodi or stand alone without using a laptop. This is why I asked about Es explorer. Learning all the time and I'm sure there are plenty of us like me and just starting this off for a first time. Have you got rid of Sky completely as thought about keeping a very basic package (poss with hd) just so I can pause and record still but get rid of all my stuff for my kids, sports and movies. There would be a good saving.

Do people on here get rid of sky completely.

What about the championship and obviously Cardiff games. Anyone also know what I should get as a add on.

Keep this thread going as this is such a huge saving to be made.

Cheers again to all the helpful advice.

As stated above installed on the firestick the uktvnow but it is full of adverts and asks to download a media player so have now deleted it.

If you go into program, addon installer, featured add ons then you can download the add ons you want, this is far better on the firestick because it takes up far less memory than using the config wizard.

Regarding using the ES explorer, that can be used to download apps on to the fire stick but I think it is a bit complecated but other people find it quite easy, you have a computor so just download the adbfire app it is very easy to use

Uktvnow does have adverts but they don't come up during a stream. Also you need MX player to play the streams. Honestly give it a go. It has the best content available for free and in great quality. Try it again.

Do not dispute that it works on MX box but he was asking if he could put it on the firestick, their site states that you can load to firestick, but when I downloaded it asked to install the media player, I tried to, but kept getting " not compatible with firestick".
I can however get all the sport I require on sports devil, so I am not bothered with uktvnow for now, but thanks for the link anyway, if I get a MX box in the future I will certainly try it

ok lads, I've used kodi for years on windows, android box and fire stick and never had a days trouble. Firstly if your new to this then try a pre build you can Google step by step guides on how to do this. find the one you want , I would recommend Paradox or Nemesis (paradox is my favourite) these builds will do everything for you and get the addons and add short cuts they will also auto update.
These builds should be free(so no paying out anything) Paradox is on you tube I believe and they will come with the latest add ons, they even have their own Facebook page for support.

If you don't want to use a build or already have your own one of the best sports add ons are:
NJM
Robocop
Sports devil

Film and series addons are endless but the best are:
Hulubox
Exodus
Specto
Salts

all of the above again have step by step guides and are easy to follow.

I've seen people advertising on free ad sites to add Kodi for you they will charge you anything from £5 to I've seen £50 in some places just to do some thing that will take a newbie 30 mins for free just by following the instructions.

shout if you need anything else :ayatollah:

Got UKTVNow onto my Fire stick but cannot find a single stream that is now a few seconds out of sync with sound.

Good app but unless it's football the sync can be infuriating.

MX player is an app. It has nothing to do with the mxbox. It should work on fire stick but that said I don't own a firestick so can't comment about mxplayer not working on it. I've heard ukturks add-on for kodi has a good HD sports selection.

Sorry about that thought you meant MX BOX, will have another go in the morning to try and install uktvnow but a post above was having slight problems with it, ukturks is alright but quite a lot of the time Sky is not working on it, but on sports devil it works very well, it uses cricfree but without the hassle you can get on cricfree if you try to watch it on the net.

like you fairly new to this game. I went down to the basic HD package on my sky cutting the monthly cost in half. Personally I will keep it like that for the convenience for everyone else in my house although my kids are on the android box non stop. Haven't found any Cardiff games or any championship unless live on sky.

The sport on Pheonix is playing funny fuckers on my firestick. The football streams are just leaving a trail where the players are running and after a few minutes the picture resembles a Jackson Pollock painting. :x:

When i cancelled sky they offered me 50% off so worked out getting Sky Sports for free so still have the majority of the football just not the 3pm Saturday kick offs or the games on BT.

Movies are still decent though. No problems streaming them.

To be honest with you I have been using streamtvbox on android for a few years now. Pay £10 a month but you can pay for a daily pass for like £2. It gives you all the major world sports channels in HD as well as sky sports HD. BT sport's HD, sky movies, entertainment, documentary's. All the streams work flawlessly and it's all I use now. Well worth a tenner. Check them out on Twitter
