People who are not bright enough to think for themselves seem to be being promted by Sam and a few close allies to post libellous comments against the "other side" to the recent legal dispute and therefore putting themselves in the firing line rather than those hiding behind their posts.

They also have the cheek to post unsubstantiated claims then ask people to disprove them rather than provide any evidence to back up the original claims.

On a personal note, how are you keeping Steve. I hadn't realised you are now living in Spain. Any plans on returning to business in the UK?

Good to catch up with you, been a while since we last chatted.
The nuts roasting comment actually came from a Capital Law employee, but there we go, some get it right and some get it wrong and I doubt we will ever know, but obviously Chris was obviously not phased hence his polite email.

As you know Keith, Sam Hammam can be phone happy, and get quite aggressive when it's going against. What makes me laugh though is he himself can't come out with statements but always tries through others, I know of others who wouldn't finally accept his word anymore and so clearly by the look of this post has moved onto others, evident also is old guard too don't post or go to games anymore.
To be honest whilst you're right about being careful about what you post, let's be honest we hardly see a legal case over a football message board related post whatever it is, unless you support Blackpool but you are right the Sam fans should think prior before acting on behalf of Sam word.

Chris Nott is not the subject of any kind of investigation (he may be interested to speak to you though in his professional capacity as to why you have claimed that though on a public messageboard).

Why do you believe/who has told you that he has breached any confidentiality agreement?

Making unfounded and libellous accusations on a public messageboard is a very serious issue for the poster making them. Is it really wise for you to do so?

Now that the two of you are best buddies.

Because there's no point boring him with it, rather like your boring posts do to me. As stated last night Sam Hammam shouting to a chosen few he's talking action against Chris Nott, but that really means nought, he's shouted so many things in the past that have been un true I'll just add it to the list I think.

I don't know Christ Nott well at all, just by reputation . I know a number of his partners at Capital Law far better which is why I knew that the suggestion that he was getting a "roasting" from his fellow partners was a nonsense.

People who are not bright enough to think for themselves seem to be being promted by Sam and a few close allies to post libellous comments against the "other side" to the recent legal dispute and therefore putting themselves in the firing line rather than those hiding behind their posts.

They also have the cheek to post unsubstantiated claims then ask people to disprove them rather than provide any evidence to back up the original claims.

On a personal note, how are you keeping Steve. I hadn't realised you are now living in Spain. Any plans on returning to business in the UK?

Hmmm Daya's in Spain, Annis moves to Spain soon, wouldn't surprise me if their mentor Sam Hammam is there as well, heard through the grape vine their opening a bar called The Three Amigos

Gib changed massive Wez, love it there but in reality 52 weeks a year bit clostriphobic , can't imagine what it was like when border was closed.
