BREAKING NEWS " CCFC SHAREHOLDERS MEETING TODAY "

I attended the EGM which took place at the offices of the club's law firm, at The Capital Building in Cardiff Bay.

We were informed that the meeting which was due to start at 11.30am would be delayed by 25 minutes.

At 11.55am we were then told there would be a further delay and this time it was 35 minutes.

12.30pm and the meeting is ready to begin.

Lawyers were present representing certain shareholders and directors.

Steve Borley was acting Chairman at the meeting, but there was no Mehmet Dalman, Ken Choo or Vincent Tan, I believe Borley was speaking on behalf of them.

Shareholders were fuming being kept outside by the delays it, the lawyers wanted things put out in public but others at the meeting were saying no.

Eventually we were all allowed in but not allowed to ask questions.

Major Shareholder Vincent Tan asked for meeting to be cancelled, Steve Borley represented Tan at today's EGM.

There was no re-elections and none of us shareholders were allowed our say.

Steve Borley apologised for the delay and said that Michael Isaac had been removed from Cardiff City's board as a Director.

Isaac's still remains a shareholder and remains on the board of the club's holding company.

Michael Isaac's was removed as a Director, in an earlier meeting at a Directors holdings meeting which only Steve Borley, Chris Nott and Michael Isaacs accompanied by his lawyer attended whilst we were outside, this was the reason for the hour long delay to the scheduled 11.30am EGM.

A new meeting will be held at a future date to hopefully explain what's going on.

We were then eventually told that the reason for the adjournment was to allow more time for discussions to take place between the company/club.

I've no doubt that he'll be handed a healthy brown envelope to stand down, but at least he can't steal anymore from the club now he has been removed.

I haven`t yet spoken to David Craig who attended the meeting on behalf of the Trust , but I agree it seems a total waste of time for those who attended if the club weren't going to pass the resolutions they gave notice of.

Seems he was removed as a director of the football club company as the only shareholder there is the holding company. Couldn`t be removed as a director of the holding company as the meeting seems to have been adjourned so that those resolutions for removal and possible re-election of directors were never put to its shareholders.

If only as a matter of common courtesy , the least the club can do is issue a formal explanation of why this has happened and an apology to those shareholders who gave up their time to attend

Keith, They would not give us any explanation, but many of us knew why.

Mallo, Ive always got on with Isaacs and he's never done me any wrong, I can't comment on behind the scenes as we've all been sent it privately and not for the public.

Today he said he wanted to have his say publicly and put the record straight.
He was stopped from doing so and that I feel was wrong.

If he's in the right or wrong, I believe he should of been able to have his say.

Interesting that once again both our chairman and CEO were missing in action when something controversial was possibly going to happen (Borley left to do the dirty work)??

Seems they don't like getting their hands dirty do they???
