He's not doing fine,mediocre at best. As a fan I pay my money to watch the city, I have the right to express an opinion on what I see. Every game I have seen has been at best mediocre and at worst abysmal. Slade may be doing his best but this club has been destroyed by Tan . What has been taken away is the experience that came from watching city at least try to be successful. I can't think of a single match under Slade where I thought ' great game ' Solksear not much better, , Malky ground out success, but remember games like Palace away , no plan B . At least under Jones we had a team that competed.Slade is not doing well, I don't have an opinion about him as a person but as the manager of the team I have supported since the sixties, he's not doing very well!

No you're correct on the penalty & he can't be blamed for the misses by the players.

But if you want to reward/promote mediocrity leave the clown in charge as football is about entertainment as well as results you only need to look at the stands on match day & apathy among the fans to realise this. The style of football he plays is boring & of a by gone age we need a hungry ambitious manager who can inspire & energise the team & sadly Slade is unable to do this 7 should return to his level of a PE teacher or at best league 2!!

Before the season start the vast majority of fans thought this year would be a relegation fight.

A lot of fans are like goldfish. Before the premier league season everyone was saying wed be happy to stay up by the skin of our teeth. Three months in they wanted mackay sacked and we werent even in the bottom three hahaha.
