Depends on the job regarding transport but with the greatest of respect if they got a CSCS card and no ppe then there's something wrong isn't there ? Lol

So a person with a CSCS card is guaranteed to have boots in a fit state to wear ?
So to simplify the situation for you is. A person applies for a labourers job with you and states the safety boots that he currently owns are spilt will you supply that person with a new one
Second example I hold a CSCS card and do not own overalls as all my ex employers and current employer provide them under law The simple question is will you provide them lol

That's the difference isn't it because you aren't a self employed contractor whereas all our guys are so your 'employer' has a duty to supply you with gear. That's where I say if a 'self employed contractor' has a CSCS card and no PPE then there's soemthing wrong.

Always trying and failing miserably to win a debate with me aren't you. Lol better luck next time

"Ive won more debates than you've had cooked dinners sonny"

There isn't really a debate when you are concerned. You just bring out the insults within a few minutes of it beginning.

And what do you actually gain from this, the petty point scoring. Do you keep a chart on your wall keep track of all the "debates" you think youve won.

Give it up mate I've found you out!!! Next time remember to log out of one account first before you make a comment!!! Pmsl

Oh and for the record that's another victory for me in debating with you yet I have no doubt you will come back again and again with more nonsense which can easily be broken down and thrown away by myself
