Juniors come free in November;
I was amazed to read on here that some supporters who have junior season tickets and are not inviting any of their kids friends to the football have actually asked for a reduction in their junior season tickets!!!
I have written to the club urging them not to pay back any money to these supporters at all. every season there are three promotions for the benefit of season tickets where you bring a mate for tenner etc. this latest one children season ticket holders can bring a friend was an idea by the fans as juniors season ticket holders never have a specific promotion, what a great idea to bring your best mate from school along with you to a football match for free and also fill some of those empty seats.
We ask the club to do promotions to bring fans back yet this sort of action will make them think twice in the future.
Personally I think its selfish its just my view but because they got no one to bring they believe the club owes something, sorry i disagree.
I hope the club telling politely where to go and I will back them 100% all the way.
This is my own personal view and not the view of the supporters club who may or may not have a different view once asked.
Cmon we are trying to improve things off the pitch and the club are all ears

Vince I sadly quit on my season ticket after 16 Years this year, you might and probably will not understand that knowing me and how I love my club. However I just can't understand the clubs direction it's appeal to fans which is very little and it's distinct lack of identity!! I as you know followed the club short of far and loved it win lose or drAw but sadly the game has become very predictable very cautious by which you included have applauded the squad for it's solidarity even though they win record is poor. The football Is poor that's a fact? The entertainment is short coming again another fact and the sense of worth from those watching is again short lived again another fact! You may argue the toss and support the club of which I have to admit your undenaying support Is admiral but the facts speak, attendances are degreasing,atmosphere is decreasing and the brand of football we play is also bland so how do we attract fans back????
football and at the same time getting results as we are hard to beat, but that's not surprising given the way we set up.

I accept that there is a problem with the stewarding and IMO it is affecting the atmosphere as much as the so called awful football being played.
However, it is not a reason to give up if you consider yourself a 'hard core' fan
Again it sounds like excuses by those who don't want to stand by the club in its hour of need.
Supporters organisations should now push for a meeting with the club to sought the stewarding out

The point isn't if the football is dire (I think we can all agree that it is) the point is who is a die hard and who is a plastic?
A die hard will stand by the club no matter what, a plastic will jump ship and blame circumstances.

I'll carry on supporting the club, but sometimes loyalty works both ways.
