Let's be honest we gave scraped a few lucky wins to see us where we are.

It sums it up when the manager picks the most defensive team possible and leaves the likes of Ameobi and Pilkington on the bench and starts with Ravell who is unlikely to score for the rest of the season.

We were the home team but dominated by a bottom 4 team who wanted the win more than us and created more than double our chances. They had 6 attempts on target and we had none. Other than the fact that Marshall pulled off 3 class saves we were well beaten.

Slade is clueless with his negative team selections.

The problem is many fans will not have a bad word said about Slade. A clueless manager who plays defensive football, leaves his best players on the bench and gets the team to play boring football.

Do you really enjoy going to watch that rubbish. Every game including home matches he picks the most defensive players as possible and leaves any flair on the bench. Slade does not know what attacking football is and that's why so many fans are staying away.

Aye, lets sack him and bring some unemployed numpty whose managed about 6 clubs in three years in this league. Slade is no great shakes but we really don't have a team or the funds available to make a team capable of promotion.

I have no doubt if we drew in the manner we did tonight against Boro and got a victory vs Bristol City that our fans would be happy tonight. Even if we scabbed a win against Boro, we still did it. We still beat a promotion candidate! There's no need for it, only a quarter of the season has gone and we're in a respectable position. I'm sure even Brighton who are top at the moment will have a bad performance sometime

If someon finds a better replacement than Slade who will earn what he does, get rid of players like he has had too and bring in suitable replacements on a budget smaller than anything since the Sam Hammam days then I will agree, but under the circumstances Slade is doing an excellent job

Gunnarson and Dikgachoi is very defensive. Should've been Dikgachoi and Whitts central with Pilkington and Kennedy wide IMO, Pilkington ahead of Fabio to cover his forward runs.
