Thats it. It was not a crimninal offence so it is not illegal. So after all that, Malky did not act fraudulently as many tried to claim.

Stupid?coming from the bloke woo continues to run his brain in for an idiot, when surely it's about time it was given back!

Now let's make this clear so you understand the way investigations into criminal and civil proceedings are conducted and I'm not accusing Malky of anything, but the club asked for Malky to be investigated, which they are entitled to do!
Just because they haven't found anything to prosecute him for, doesn't necessarily mean there isn't a case to answer, just that there may not have been enough evidence!
People are prosecuted for offences on a daily basis and just because they get found Not Guilty, or Not Proven in Scotland, doesn't mean to say they're innocent!

Narrow minded and the most delusional person I have come across.
Made him apologise? If he didn't apologise on his own accord then it would be disgraceful in my eyes so the club done him a favour.
False claims? It was in an investigation and printed in black and white just because he didn't get done for it by the FA doesn't mean its false.
How on earth on this board? I'm gonna start laughing like all other members on here because that's what their doing AB.

I believe that those that believe malky is innocent (even though malky himself has said sorry ) are malky arse lickers

Are you thick?
The fraudulent activity has nothing to do with racist texts and homophobic texts!
To even suggest it is, well it's idiotic
He hasn't been cleared of anything either the FA simply can't charge him due to a previous precedent they had set when the FA chairman down the same thing they looked after their own in that incident which then set a precedent for future cases
He may not have been charged criminally for the offences but no one including malky has said that he didn't do what was all edged in fact he has admitted it
So the shite you are spouting is just that
