The Fraud allegations were mostly from fan's accusations, mainly to do with the amount of money spent on players (especially Cornelius) and are separate to the FA's inquiry, as their inquiry was mostly centred around the accusations of Racism and Sexism!

Whether Malky was involved in any inappropriate, racist or fraudulent activity or not I think most would agree it was criminal how poor his recruitment policy was in the summer before our Premier season. How he could possibly believe some of those he retained were Premiership class beggars belief. The writing was on the wall before the first ball was kicked. Then some fool correctly took the reins off him and gave them to a feeble minded idiot. The rest, as they say, is history!

He hasn't been cleared of anything either the FA simply can't charge him due to a previous precedent they had set when the FA chairman down the same thing they looked after their own in that incident which then set a precedent for future cases

He may not have been charged criminally for the offences but no one including malky has said that he didn't do what was all edged in fact he has admitted it
