He's not Messi ffs.

I wasn't suggesting he is. But he is a champions league player, was African footballer of the year a few years ago wasn't he? Thought he was Arsenal bound.
Although it seems he will be paid 96k a week.

Because they are clever at playing the transfer market and have built up a very good team with an excellent reputation for playing good football to such an extent that very good players want to come and play for them. We on the other hand..........

Because some people on here are so jealous and bitter about the cunts. They keep thinking they're a small club.

I see JackWills is back spreading the propagander, I wonder who he really is?
Andre Ayew was African footballer of the year in 2011 at the age of 21, nothing of note since. He has played less than 30 games per season for the last two years, I wonder why?
Bargain or injury prone dud? Case as yet unproven.

Propagander? You mean propaganda? Or do you mean having a proper gander?
He was African footballer of the year at 21, he is now only 25. Not sure where you got your stats but he played 39 games scoring 12 goals for club and country the season before last, and 34 games last season scoring 14 goals. All from the wing. He is a massive coup for them and to suggest otherwise is absolute nonsense.

I have had a proper gander at you mate and you are no City fan! Aussie based no doubt!

Are you Cambodian based? Kindly remove yourself from boring everybody or discuss the topic. The truth is Ayew has signed for Swansea, who seems a major major signing.

Plus golden boot winner in the African cup of nations this year, despite as you say being a winger. An absolutely unbelievable signing.

Ayew played less than 30 games for Marseille last season and less than 30 the season before.

Correct. 29 in each season for Marseilles. And 15 international caps over that time. 36+ appearances per season on average scoring at a rate of 1 in 3, including the World Cup. I wasnt aware he was also golden boot winner at the African Nations cup until this thread.

I know I'm correct, less than 30 games average for club over two seasons. How many games did Swansea, your club play on average over the last two seasons?

So you mean he missed 8 or so games last season while the african cup was also in play? Wow! He must be a dud!

I remember him grabbing a goal against Germany at the last World Cup. He must have got 2 in 3 at the world cup as he scored against the USA too.

He missed 13 league games the season before that!

Why was that then? was it squad rotation, injuries? Or was he on the piss like your players seem to do? Give up son!
Wed Jun 10, 2015 9:46 pm
Missed nearly a third of league games over two seasons, a simple statement of fact.
Wed Jun 10, 2015 9:46 pm
He is a very good player, and a good signing for the Jacks. More worrying I have just driven through Lisvane and seen a lad of about 13 or so walking around Lisvane in a full Jack kit, never thought I would see this

Its also a fact that Rooney scored no goals in the latter stages of last years World Cup. The fact England weren't there is the reason though, rather than any fault of old Wayne's.
It looks like he has played an amount of games as expected of most players in nearly every season of his professional career. Of the two seasons you refer to, one was because he was on African Cup of Nations duty and the other could well have been an injury that kept him out. So to be 25 years old and have only one injury hit season (of which still made 37 appearances for club and country) is not bad going. But the truth isnt as fun.
Wed Jun 10, 2015 9:57 pm
Another fact for you, he has only played more than 30 league games for his club once in the last four seasons.
