With the squad we look like getting I just can't see a guy like this stepping in .

I agree, but I've been surprised by this club before now...and sometimes positively! LOL

Would take a lot to persuade him to come here - good salary plus money to spend on players.

Would he be willing to do what Slade has been doing?

Namely:-

Cutting costs
Getting rid of anyone with an ounce of skill
Ask Tan how far he wants him to bend over?

Let's face it - anyone with even a small amount of ability or self respect wouldn't want to work under Vincent Tan.

Can anyone see this happening? in my opinion it would be Harsh to dispose of Slade when not given a proper chance.

I think Slade goes upstairs as sporting director.

I believe he has shown he understands the business and he hasn't swindled Tan....

Alfonso Ribiero would be better.
