Vincent Tan/ Russell Slade Keep saying its business decision, after business decision, getting rid of our best players.
So dont expect fans to buy season tickets or pay £32 plus admission.
Russell Slade has been put in charge to carry out all Tans demands and has known from day one, what Tan wants,So no one should feel sorry for Slade as only a manager with No ambition in " my opinion " would take on a club that only intends to get rid of all its best players and have No Ambition to go back up.
You cant have it both ways?
City Fans are still fuming over the Rebrand and the Club not caring, now for the last 5 months they have continually seen many of our best players go.
I can sometimes understand why Season Ticket Sales are at an all time low in the last 10 years.
Also Our stadium is now, more than half empty every game.
I dont want to write this negative post, but if I am wrong, why are fans not turning up week in week out and Season ticket sales are a disaster?

That's their choice though.
Prices are cut for next year so costs need to be cut as we'll especially with so many fans abandoning the club.
CCFC have to comply with FFS same as everyone else.
Slade is here to cut costs and is doing a good job of it.
Millions off the wage bill and still competitive.

If the figures for ST sales are correct then in a little over 12 months the club has "LOST" over 20,000 ST holders and that has taken a massive amount of "Cash" out of the business and at time it really needs it.
In my opinion this goes beyond things like the effect of relegation or even the sale of our "Top" players or the rebrand or even the boring unimaginative football since RS arrived. I think so many people are just fed up with the way the club is being managed, by the way we as fans we are treated by the gestapo stewards within the ground and ALL of the off field nonsense which has become the norm under VT.
I really feel sorry for the people who work for the club because it must be a hell hole to work within. But two people I'm not sorry for are VT and RS, in fact someone WILL be held responsible for the loss of these ST sales and for me RS will not survive this.
Hasta La Vista Russ.

thousands of St holders dont bother every game and has been same for many years (except last) so thats their loss paying for something and not using it!

Of the players we've lost how many are we truly gutted about? Dæhli? Le Fondre? Is that it?
As cost cutting goes it's been pretty good and many Slade has brought in seem to have be at a decent level (how much was Kennedy?). Sure we'll lose Manga but we all know he deserves to be playing at a top level and I'd rather have a solid season making the club financially sound than have a transfer embargo next Jan.

The club are doing what they need to and what we've been asking them to do.
Balance the books and get rid of the big earners who, let's face it have failed us.
Next year we'll see some fresh faces and some hungry players and youngsters given a chance.
I'd rather Jones go now than have to sell Fabio, Ralls, Kennedy etc.. in the summer

Luke, Gabbidon has so far cost us about £150,000 is that good business?

Annis I think it's clear we overspend in the summer and some players like gabbidon were mistakes but since then we have made good cut back and the loans out could easily save us 1m and connolly and Jones are not needed at this point in the season for us.
You have said about the debt and Jones wages before, the clubs are rightly making the cut backs as our season is finished.

With only 3 home games left this season and let's face it given the opposition and relative positions of each club the attendances will be nothing to write home about, I'm beginning to wonder how long it will be before the club starts holding back payments and more importantly, with the loss of £m's in revenue, should the club be trading at all.
Does make you wonder if in fact the club has come full circle since VT took control, unable to pay it's bills but now another £100m in debt.
