It's a strange one because the Jews are financially backing UKIP, yet the British press/media are slating them at every opportunity to protect Cameron. I like Farage and think he will look after the British public better than anyone else, although the fact the Jews are backing them and UKIP are accepting their backing is a concern.

Great orator is Nigel but UKIP are no different than the rest. If you want quality of life then emigrate cause corporatism is killing the west.

He has more experience and more friends in business than Cameron and milliband.

He's a con. Will benefit the business people and the divide between rich and the poor will increase.

He is the worst candidate, with no real policies apart from immigration.

Correct ! He's an ex-banker who is so against the EU he insists on taking their very generous MEP salary off them

He is clearly a good speaker because people believe him but actually he's nothing but a posh public school boy making out that he is a man of the people because he has a fag and a pint in the pub now and again

In reality he has even less in common with people like you and me than the Torys or Labour.

Read the UKIP policies and you'll find they are all about looking after the top 20% even more so than Cameron and his cronies

You could be right, you could be wrong.

Thing is most of us have had enough of the same from the same so if we are going to get the same again let someone different do it.

Re: Nigel Farage - Love him or hate him?

And here we are, basically f^*k the planet and anyone with a social conscience !!

Scrap HS2, all green taxes and wind turbine subsidies.

• Develop shale gas to reduce energy bills and free us from dependence on foreign oil and gas - place the tax revenues into a British Sovereign Wealth Fund.

• UKIP will abolish inheritance tax. Inheritance tax brings in under £4bn - less than a third of what we spend on foreign aid. The super-rich avoid it, while modest property owners get caught by it. It hits people during a time of grief and UKIP will budget in its 2015 spending plans to completely abolish this unfair death tax.

Allow the creation of new grammar schools.

Nothing about ensuring the super rich don't avoid inheritance tax, just to scrap it.

No mention of their plans to introduce private providers into the NHS, nothing about their plans to reduce the top rate of tax and even less mention of how they are going to pay for any of their proposals

To be fair they have realised that they can't progress as a party with one policy (anti EU) but once they have to publish their manifesto people will be able to see what they are all about and judge accordingly. At the moment they can promise everything knowing that they will not be in a position to deliver anything similar to the Lib Dems last time around, at look what happened to them.

We actually get free healthcare anywhere within the eu under European law.

Farage wants to privatise the NHS, selling it to his business friends, making them millions while we will then have to pay for treatments.

It's fact.

As long as you have a card (which you can apply for on-line and free) you are entitled to the same level of care throughout the EU as you would receive in your home country. It's a blue card with your Nat Ins No and details on (I think it used to be called an ERNIC ?). From memory I think they have to be renewed every 4 years ?

So nothing new

I know there are some stupid people on this board but I can't believe so many fall for this racist and xenophobic bulls-t. They are probably the same people who think what Malky Mackay has done was just "harmless banter". A politician for readers of the sun and Daily Mail - makes boris Johnson look reasonable and sensible.

you do not get the same level of care in Spain hence why people take out holiday insurance

It's important to me. Whether Labour or Conservatives are elected has never made any noticeable difference to my life so I might as well plump for something that I want to do. which is to have a smoke and a drink without freezing my bollocks off.
