TEAM NEWS - CardiffCity: Marshall, Petier, Morrison, Ecuele Manga, Malone, Whittingham, Gunnarsson, Noone, Kennedy, Doyle, Jones.
subs: Moore, Connolly, Adeyemi, O'Keefe, Harris, Revell, McAleny.
Cardiff: Conor McAleny is fit, but Russell Slade will surely name an unchanged team. Huddersfield are expected to line-up in a 4-4-2 system and City can match them with Matty Kennedy, Aron Gunnarsson, Peter Whittingham and Craig Noone across the middle. Kennedy played so well against Blackburn it’s difficult to see him being left out and McAleny will have to wait.
Russell Slade's Cardiff City travel to the John Smith's Stadium to face Huddersfield Town on Saturday afternoon following on from a strong team performance against Blackburn Rovers during the mid-week game.

History and descriptionJohn Smith’s Stadium was one of the first modern-era stadiums to be built in England. It replaced Huddersfield’s old Leeds Road.
Construction of the stadium started in 1992, and when two new stands were finished in the summer of 1994, Huddersfield moved into their new home. The stands at both ends were completed in late 1994 and 1998.
The stadium was initially called Alfred McAlpine Stadium, but changed names in 2004 to Galpharm Stadium following a new sponsorship deal. The stadium has been called John Smith’s Stadium since the summer of 2012 after a new sponsorship deal was agreed with brewer Heineken.
