" Sacking Russell Slade "

Would be fatal in my opinion let him rebuild the squad he has brought in a couple of players so far who seemed to up to it and also bringing Harris through as well and come on we just got beaten by a team who thrashed Millwall and Huddersfield at home.

Hardly any rebuilding so far, more like demolition, selling off the salvage, & ordering in some old, second hand prefabs!

Right we sack Slade bring in someone else who could end up being worse and we get thumped by teams and not showing fight like ole and then some people will say "oh we should have kept Slade at least we showed some fight under him" etc that's what i dread to think the possibility of bringing in someone who is worse.

Totally respect your opinion but totally disagree.

Can't see anything in Slade's tactical approach to the game to suggest that he can improve the way the team is performing and bringing in the type of player he is looking at and comfortable dealing with ain't going to change things.

He is a limited manager who has never been in this position before ( managing a Championship club) and who gives no indication that he has any idea ofhow to cope with the demands of the league he is managing in.

Because he will have some of his players in by then and don't forget he is going to continue rebuilding in the summer.

Aww that's not nice the man is really trying to do his best he just has to put with ole's overpaid players for now but give him the chance to bring some more of his players in who will want to play and work hard for Cardiff City. :thumbright: :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

The players just aren't playing for him. No passion or desire, probably due to no respect. Slade was a terrible choice to manage a team that should have been looking to bounce back to the PL. It's incredible the speed we have become a team that looks destined for the bottom third of the table

I agree to be honest. No point sacking a manager in the middle of the transfer window. Let him bring in his own players and we'll see how he does from there. One of his signings has already scored for us.

Maybe because the overpaid players don't like hard work and or don't want to play for us at all.

How many of Oles players was on the field today? And what will change exactly if Slade brings in his own players? Not sure I trust a man who constantly puts 3 defenders on the bench. Even 3 centerbacks once. Why isn't Burgstaller on the bench ahead of either John or Fabio today?, or even Kim?

The thing is Slade hasn't really got much choice to replace the out of form players because he they have been moved on because of high wages or injuries and Ole really has unbalanced the squad.

Sorry I really don't see your point. He rid Daehli and Ravel - then he starts using a free role. He insist on playing a formation not suited for our squad, we don't have the type of midfielders for it. Should be the first on transfer priorities. He insist using players like Noone and Le Fondre totally out of form. Yet he leaves players like Daehli, Burgstaller, Maynard and Guerra totally out In the cold. He gets hammered with goals against us, and not once have Slade identified the midfield in a press conference. It's all but his own fault the way he sets up the team identical every game. Sorry mate, in my opinion he is totally out of his depth :ayatollah:
