IF this meeting is taking place (which I think it absolutely should), then I hope that Dalman & Choo dont fudge over ALL the issues that urgently need addressing,,& the actions required to "turn around" the whole football club. They Have to tell Vincent Tan exactly how it is, with the recommendations on what is required, in order to get Everyone's boat to sail in the same direction.

Three basic requirements to start with (IMHO);

1. Back to Blue, with traditional City badge.

2. Appoint a new manager with a proven track record at Championship level, along with new Assistants/coaches.

3. Change the "culture" at the club, accept & acknowledge that the Fans are the life blood & soul of any club,,,,with out them there would be no club at all. Its called Respect,,,,& you never know,,,but a little respect goes a long way,,,in both directions!

Tan has already stated there will be no more money in the transfer window!

I'd back slade. He's not yet had the chance to get in any of his own players and has just been working with what he has been left from Ole's reign.

He won't get a lot of money, with purse strings being tightened, but I still think.he deserves a chance to try and turn it around.

Slade inherited a decent squad. Can you excuse him for only having one formation 4-4-2, no plan b, being clueless, poor team selections, no motivation, not getting the team to close down, cannot get team to pass more than two balls. Oh and above it all we are seeing abysmal football EVERY game and nothing has been so bad until pre Dave Jones days. You say he is working with the players he inherited. It does not look like he is working with the squad.

Garauntee people on here will be slagging off pulis if he got job and we didn't do well! The Old crap comes out interference by tan blah blah blah! or whatever suites the mood at time!

something as got to be done, I think he should start at the top & work down, that means starting with Tan himself, a good start would be to respect the Fans wishes.
