Ole firstly came into the club in a very difficult situation and it was not his fault about relegation, he inherited a squad in January which wasn't good enough. Don't tell me he had backing from Tan, ever since he was appointed Tan didn't give a toss, all he wanted was to get back at Malky and destroy his managerial career, and he is still trying to this day.
He brought in some fantastic players and some of the transfer business he did was superb, (Dæhli and Fabio) when he was sacked we were going through a rough patch but surely every team goes through one or two during a season? Some of the fans were disgusting towards Ole and showed him no respect whatsoever because they were still Malky Mackay lovers.
In my opinion, We would be doing just as good under Ole if not better, or at least everyone at the club seemed happy under him, unlike Slade... Will always support the bluebirds though whatever the situation is!

He was the most clueless manager I've ever seen at Cardiff. We started the season with 3 teams worth of players who were an absolute country mile away from being fit. We had no fight, no consistency and played some of the wettest football I've ever seen.

Manga's only poor game has been Bolton away, he's been excellent the rest of the games imo and with the amount of travelling he's done arriving home from Africa on a Friday and then playing for us the following Saturday and still looking head and shoulders above everyone else by a mile, I think he's an unbelievable talent and it's unbelievable we managed to sign him.
We have seen nothing of Guerra but Eikrem has had more than enough chances. Ole used Eikrem quite a few times this season and he's featured in cup games. His only decent performance was his debut at Man City for 10 minutes but he's looked poor every other game I've seen him. I just don't see what he offers and the game always seems to pass him by. I've read we paid 2.5 million for him and if true, 2.5 million for a player not able to make our Championship squad is a disastrous signing.
As for Berget, I've also seen enough of him for us and for Celtic to see he's not up to Championship level, nevermind the Premiership when Ole signed him. Berget's 45 minutes home to Wigan last season left me wondering what Ole had seen in him, apart from the fact he was a fellow Norwegian of course. He's also failed to impress for the development team with Rhys Healey constantly outshining him.
I also mentioned Dikacgoi because his unprofessional attitude since joining us has been a disgrace imo and how Ole can sign a player that lacks so much professionalism is baffling. When the Palace fans say he arrives back to pre season bloated, that says it all. We struggled under Ole because he signed players like Dikacgoi who simply don't have the correct attitude and desire. Luckily Slade is starting to change this.

I agree to an extent but I still think individually, Ole's transfers were a mixed bag. I think Daehli, Fabio, Pilkington and Jones have proven good signings overall and I like Le Fondre a lot despite the majority disagreeing with me and slagging him off at will. Le Fondre has had to run himself into the ground to compensate for the lazy Macheda's lack of effort, Macheda has been a very poor signing imo.
Burgstaller, Cala and Sean Morrison I think were average signings although we paid way too much for Morrison and I still don't see what extra he gives us to Hudson.
Eikrem, Berget and Dikacgoi however have proven absolutely disastrous signings. I won't comment on Guerra as he hasn't been given a chance yet, but for the small fee we paid I think Guerra will prove a good signing, that's if he's actually given an opportunity to play of course!
But Manga was an unbelievable signing, he could effortlessly step into Arsenal's defence and improve them.
