Is it time to make it personal against Tan ? Yes in my opinion it is. Stop this we cant upset the bloke bullshit. We need to get him out. But I fear our club hasnt been humiliated enough for most to do this. Anti Tan songs constantly need to be sung. A mass walkout on kick off needed. Sadly other Fans think rightly or wrongly we have sold out. We need to show them we have a set of balls. But I fear the fans will do fook all.
RIP CCFC

Thought everyone has been moaning about players looking unfit and making no real effort during the match. If their happy to take their wages, the least they can do is put in a shift. Fair enough to make Tan uncomfortable about colour of shirts etc. but he can hardly be blamed for fitness levels, or lack of effort on the pitch.

The only protest would be to go to a match & leave as the whistle blows to start.
This would have a huge effect & would be seen around the world. Of course it will never ever happen because our fans & most British fans are just not pro active enough.
It's the first time I've ever been willing to do something like this in the many decades I've been watching the City but it's just got that bad.

A change back to blue tomorrow won't change the thing that most of the fans think about and that is the pathetic situation with our squad.
This situation has been created by the appointment of Ole. I'm not going to blame him as for me he just does not have the ability to manage a championship club. He jumped at the opportunity when it was given to him. The person we should be pointing the blame to now is the guy that made the appointment and that is Dalman.
Dalman is the problem we have. I've never trusted a smooth operator and that is exactly what he is. He chose Ole due to his Man U connection and we all now know what fascination Dalman has for the Red Devils. He must have loved the look of the rebrand as he saw it a chance to create his own Man U hence why he took the job on. Tan must have thought he was in heaven when Dalman gave him his interview speech about conquering the world with the redbirds of Wales.
The gloves should have come off at the beginning. What is it going to take I don't know? Perhaps another demotion.

time to fight was when the rebrand was announced, then another chance was when Sian stood up and started Bluebirds Unite. It's way too late now, the club is a joke and it's what the fans deserve. Put up with Tan when in the Premiership and now it's all unravalling (as it obviosuly would) people are saying it's the final straw.
Absoulte joke of a club at the moment.

Some tried and got threatened for there troubles. Others have walked. Sian and Bluebirds Unite in my humble opinion didnt do it right ether. Protesting outside didnt ever hurt Tan. Bringing it into thd stadium would of.Maybe there isnt a right way. But the reaction of the majority of fans that actively accepted Tans shit really put paid to how we should of demonstrated. Fook Tan and his red shit.

Boot our CEO out is the starting point! The club is riddled with non-footballing experience.

I hope those involved with the threatening get exposed when this is all over.
As far as I am concerned Sain and the BU kept the blue flame alight. Even those doing the threatening back down.
I'm still 50/50 on what is right or wrong. That being should we have all walked or do we wear the blue in the stadium. Each idea had its advantages and disadvantages. Walked and we could have easily been replaced by the red. Staying and we get accused of being sellouts as we are putting money into Tans pocket. I decided to stay because I felt it was a price worth paying for. That price being paying Tan so I could promote the blue within the enemies walls.

In a word no, not tan that is playing like a gutless bunch of prima donnas, blame is on Ole and MAlky!!

Why put money in Tan's pocket just to walk out? Surely the option would be not to purchase tickets in the first place? Or return a season ticket to the club?
If he's getting his pockets filled either way, why does he care if you walk out after 20 minutes?

Wayyyy too late.
I've been suggesting this for over two years, but too many people are only jumping on board now because we're no longer in the Premier League or even competing at the top of the Championship.
The fickle nature of football.

So why does it bother people like you who have abandoned the club. If you cared about the club you would still be there supporting them nomatter what.

Totally agree. people only moaning now we are doing badly.

I don't think we need to be calling him Ting Tong Tan or any other racist bullshit.
He's done a lot wrong, yeah, that's true, but it;s not him who's not willling to run out on the pitch, it's not him who's failing to motivate the players to play.
Yeah, I agree there are a number of things he does have to answer for, but player performance like we saw last night and against Middlesbrough is not down to him, it's down to the players, the coaches and the managers.
No need to start getting racist about it either... it just cheapens the argument and weakens the position.

Well said no need for racism but its not surpring coming from him..
Nukes as been acting pathetic for months and is getting worse.
one of the reasons why im thinking about leaving the forum

I have edited your original post Nukes, free speech and all that is fine but racist comments are not.
Wed Sep 24, 2014 5:16 pm
I think we should clap the players into the pitch and retreat to the concourse when the whistle blows, return at half time to clap the back out, leave again and return to clap them at full time..
Also think that we should chant, march, protest do what we have to do to get them to realise Pulis is the way forward
Wed Sep 24, 2014 5:36 pm
So now results aren't going well you want to fight?
As said above, we had our chance and we caved in.

I'm boycotting the club as it's not Cardiff city anymore and I have principles. I've not abandoned anything, they were plenty of plastics ready to take my place when we were winning, where are they now? I'll comment and voice my opinion on whatever I want whenever I want. I followed the old Cardiff city all over the country for 20 years

I agree with that mate. The final straw should have been the rebrand
Wed Sep 24, 2014 6:50 pm
Obviously the ideal time to have stood together and boycotted and protested collectively was 2 years ago. It was crystal clear that Cardiff City supporters feeble response to the rebrand was not going to have a happy ending.
The truth, of course, was that a small and aggressive pro rebrand group of supporters together with pitiful apathy amongst the wider fanbase ensured that the bastardisation of Cardiff City's identity was waved through with the minimum of fuss. Waved through because the vast majority of supporters were prepared (reluctantly or otherwise) to trade their club' s identity for a shot at the big time.
Most - although not all - have got exactly what they deserved, an empty shell of a football club.
Wed Sep 24, 2014 7:50 pm
Tan is so thick skinned that protests won't do any good. The only way to hurt him is in the pocket. I can't face going to home games anymore after 35 years. Last season was final straw-seeing us at home to man utd and Liverpool was something I always dreamed of doing in dark days of division 4. Watching us wearing red against those teams made my blood boil.
A boycott of home matches is what is needed until he compromises and we return to blue with a bluebird on the badge.

Yes he can by not appointing the right manager..

The players are happy enough to take their huge wages, the least they can do is try their hardest for 90 minutes. If they are not prepared to give it 100%, perhaps they shouldn't be prepared to accept their wages. After all, it's our hard earned wages (pittance compared to theirs) which helps towards their salaries. Could'nt care less who the owner or the manager is, these players are doing something we would all love to do, and as far as I am concerned there can be no justification for a lack of effort on the pitch.

WHY NOT GIVE SLADE A CHANCE FIRST BEFORE THROWING YOUR TOYS OUT OF THE PRAM
Thu Sep 25, 2014 7:48 am
To be honest. I have boycotted going since we changed to red, it's hurt me much more than tan or the club. But I'd be willing some form of protest, those saying it's too late, it's not to late because the trouble. Is still on going. If nothing is done, it will get worse. And worse and then fans will be saying we should of done something back before it went even further
Thu Sep 25, 2014 5:19 pm
The OP is entitled to his opinion. But why does he think that other fans share his views. If he doesn't like what he sees then he can join Ely blue and the other martyrs.
Most City fans want to see the team in blue but personal abuse and racist comments are not going to win people over to his cause.
Personally I'm looking forward to seeing what a new manager(probably Slade) will do with our squad and will continue to support the team and the manager too.
