' DECISION HAS BEEN MADE '

Thu Sep 18, 2014 10:51 am

Tan Sri and Ole Gunnar have mutually come to an amicable agreement that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be leaving Cardiff City. Everything has been agreed and there is no ill feeling from either side about the parting of company.

When we appointed Ole it was the sole decision of Mehmet Dalman to appoint the Norwegian but this time Tan Sri will make the decision on who the next manager is personally.

City had an allocation of 1700 for Derby on Saturday and sales are around 1400 at the moment.

The cup match against Bournemouth next Tuesday will see blocks 116 and 117 closed off and ticket office staff will be phoning approximately 300 fans who have already purchased tickets that they will be moved to another section.

You'll be able to sit anywhere - there'll only be about 40 of us there!

Though the stewards will still make you sit down.

I've got a feeling DJ may be asked to take over, even if only as an interim, maybe even until the end of the season. Then if we are promoted he will get the job fulltime.

At least that way VT will get a manager he is on record as saying he trusts and respects without being tied down to expensive longterm contracts.

Gary, Tan really likes him and they told him he had the job last time they sacked Malky, then Tan got persuaded by Dalman to give it to Ole. Could happen?

For me this is a backwards step. To much history. Don't go back is a good rule in football.

I think he could do a good job with the squad we have at the moment.....

Just released Media Wales.
Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan to be sole decision-maker on new boss as Ole leaves.

Annis I actually wouldn't mind Dave Jones coming back as I think he would rip the championship apart with crop of players but of course that's in my opinion only

He knows f**k all about football though ! This worries me big time.

Fingers crossed he's trying to get in our good books by saying he's the sole decision maker and appoints "the fans choice" Pulis.

Re: ' DECISION HAS BEEN MADE '

Me personally I would go all out for Pulis and if that fails than Eddie Howe,if that fails its the painter and decorator :o

FFS when will he start taking some of the blame. Mehmet might have been the one who convinced Ole to come, but after the Malky fiasco where Tan said he wasn't his choice, is anybody stupid enough to believe Tan didn't want Ole? Or is he waiting for a manager to be successful before saying he was my choice?

Glad about this, at least us fans will know what will be happening on a regular basis because whatever Tan is thinking, Military Junta will let us know before he even thinks it, and that's a fact.
