Our club has the backing of the FA, having been informed that as a set up we are very close to meeting the requirements necessary to compete against academy's of Man Utd, Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool et all.
Scott Young has taken over as U18 manager at the club and has stepped aside from his role of football in the community.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer spends as much time as possible working with the academy coaches, keeping tabs on youngsters in the system, the manager is extremely respected by the academy coaches.
Ole has scouts working in his native Norway, looking for youngsters that are good enough to enter our academy and develop into top players.
Ole's eldest son, Noah, is in Cardiff City's academy and is playing in the U14's.

Actually, I think he´s is asked (maybe by the owner himself) to contribute to this forum with positive posts as part of a new media strategy. Which, of course, is a huge acknowledgement to this forum. Or, I´m talking absolute bollocks. Annis, do you know anything about this mysterious person?
Anyhow, at least to me, Mr. Staff´s posts are most welcomed; I have yet to see any information coming from his hand smelling like BS. Very exiting reads, to be honest!

Not convinced, to be honest. There is a huge difference between official announcements and strategical leaks. Quite controversial, I agree, but none of his post are doing the club any harm, rather the contrary (included the one about Caulker and Campbell). If I was Tan or Ole, I would be quite happy about those posts...

If he is ITK why didn't he know who Ole was signing in the last transfer window?, the academy would need overnight accommodation and classrooms for cat 1 status and all that is in the plans for the new training grounds but that is on hold at the moment. So Mr Staff can you tell me how is it pushing ahead at the moment
