He comes across as thick actually. The media just didn't want him to be found out because of the rebrand. They cast Tan in the villain role and Malky in the hero role they got a lot to answer for. If some members of this forum knew about Malky and Moody racist emails, you can bet the media did too.

One of the first issues to try to resolve racism - as with sexism - is to respect the abused person enough to actually believe them, then to do something about it. To Ibby's credit he didn't blow this up at the time, or when he left this club. For people who have not received this kind of derogatory abuse it is difficult to really appreciate how damaging and inappropriate it is.

That Malky held people's careers back, and it was only a matter of time before it all came out! From some of his replies to other people you can see he had some stick of him too.

Bloke has been racially villified and Jon's response was basically, who gives a f**k he is a nobody. That is condoning racism in mine and the majority of decent society's eyes.

I'm not defending malky here because there are details of other things said and there is generally no smoke without fire. But in this scenario person a says person b called him a nationality to where he has no affiliation. Person c says he does not believe person a. How is person c racist? John has given his opinion on an individual with no base on religion, colour or background just on the individual himself. All he has said is basically he doesn't like him and doesn't trust him. I see people every day that even before speaking to them I don't like and wouldn't trust. Ask yourself this if John ccfc was stood in the dock for his post would he be found guilty of racism?

The comment was that Jon's comment CONDONED the racism as he out of hand dismissed Ibby as he belive's him to be a nobody. Not that Jon's comment was racist in itself. It's like dickhead's saying about a rape victim 'Well what was she doing wearing that'.

Surely you can see by that dismissing the allegations as nothing you are condoning that nothing was wrong with what happened?

I watched a programme following police on the beat where there CCTV spotted black youths with what looked like a knife, the police on foot caught up with the youths and had them face the wall whilst they were frisked. One youth said your only doing this because I'm black and made an allegation he was being racially targeted, should the search have stopped and the officer arrested for racism on the youths word?
