or if it bothers you so much then don't put money in Tans pocket anyway and buy a trust top, or a retro top...plenty of options, nothing is being forced on you at all

They do not like the red kid which is fair enough, but the only option ever available is Red,
Thanks for the feedback though

My kids (2&5) really want to get hold of some blue kits but all that is ever available is red. It's really frustrating having only 1 option that suits the owner of our club. can any one advise me of where I can get some kit from? For my kids sake![]()
Last season is fine & I won't be waiting for new kit as it will be too expensive!

Nothing wrong with trying to educate your kids on the importance of values and tradition and they are never too young to start learning these important lessons. Children of this age tend to follow the lead of their parents so it is natural that a child would want to wear the same colour football shirt as their parents. I fully understand the point the poster is making but there are always pro Tan knobheads that will twist posts for their own agendas.

She has no idea as to what Tan is other than something mummy gets on holiday.
Personally I feel using your children to get your point and feelings of the rebrand across to be a poor piece of parenting.
Not being judgemental, just giving my opinion.
My kids will be allowed to wear, play or do whatever they choose.

Try looking at it this way, the reason that your 3 yr old likes these things is that you buy them for her or expose her to them via your tv , DVD player etc. I don't think anyone is using their children to get across any point regarding the rebrand but kids will always be influenced by trying to imitate their parents. Contrary to your view, teaching your kids about the wrongs of the rebrand and the importance of valuing tradition and not selling out are important life lessons that will at least set our children's moral compasses in the right direction or alternatively you can sit back and let them watch Pepper Pig.
