Or we've come to the end of our contract with Puma and the club wants to sell everything instead of it going to waste :?

I think the alternative shirts will have an impact but to be honest it's always the same this time of year, even more so with the end of the Puma deal. :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

Went into the one in town the other week. Absolutely dead in there, with 90% of the shop selling red merchandise. Was some blue in there and bought an early 70s City top. Fair play, it's a quality shirt.

Re: CCS SUPERSTORE

funny enough i emailed them the other day about buying any blue shirts, they said all thats left is red, i couldnt help but chuckle to myself the thought of tan rubbing his hands together looking at the sales of his red shirt and seeing hardly any sales haha

It's a sad state of affairs to see supporters of a football club mocking the attempts of that club capitalise on profits and advertisement.

Cardiff City has a club shops in City centre....

When I was growing up there idea of such a thing was nonsense.
Lots of WRU stuff but nothing Cardiff City..

I get it that you all want Tans product gone, fair enough..

But Cardiff City is bigger than Mr Tan.. And we need it to succeed.

It will if Mr Tan changes us back to blue, at the end of the day as a business man he is not listening to his customers, he listens to his customers it will succeed

God forbid I'm wrong,But say 10/15 years from now and we are still red.
Whole new generation of supporters coming through. If we are a Premier league side many of the new generation will only know red and success.

What a load of absolute rubbish. You've completely missed the point. You don't get it!

It's great that the red shit isn't selling... It shows that the fans don't want it & if the club want to make money off merchandise, then changing to blue would do it.

Cardiff City is also bigger than having a club shop in town. a protest of boycotting stores is far more important than having those stores. :bluescarf:

So if the Merch was blue and shops were still failing would you all be celebrating?
I get it 100% you hate the red.. Boycott the strips... Places that sell the strips.. But still attend games where players wear the strips..

Of course not, what a stupid question. Mind you, we are talking about you. :laughing6:

IF Is a very big word. Those who hate the rebrand will obviously want it to fail and not sell. :thumbright:

Yep. Attend games. Like any true and loyal supporter.

I don't think it will happen but should the new home strip out sell the fan made tops then would that make the blue the minority?

should more people wear red than blue next season, then yes of course it will become the minority. you are getting the hang of this! :thumbright:

I must say, for someone who claims to hate the red, you don't have constantly pick at any attempts to promote or big up blue. :laughing5:

Of course, if I just walked away and did nothing, I'd be pretty up loyal. Supporting a team is like going through the good and bad days. Not just walking away when something happens that you disagree with.

Again, claims to hate the red, then attempts to criticise anyone who tries to promote the blue.

Now stop making up lies Alex.
I don't purchase the red, I do not attend games.
I also do not attempt to criticise anyone for promoting BLUE.

I pointed out BU were nothing to do with the Trust... True of false?
When in full swing they also had no correspondence with any official member of the club true or false?

Yourself marched with them then like many other prominent members of this forum distanced themselves from it.... True or false?

BU started with Good intentions but was driven in large parts by hate and maliciousness.
Sian and Jon both seem genuine nice people but they started something they could not govern.

I don't need to preach and sing about what my beliefs are at the end of all my posts.

We know Taffy is a BU member..
But what he did was promote the Trust top then attach a BU at the end of it.
I just pointed out the BU had no involvement.

Pedantic,petty whatever it's True.

what?! If you are on about the other thread, then you are correct, of course. It was totally irrelevant. It's like going on there and saying "the world is round!" Correct, but totally irrelevant to the topic.
