I agree. No place in football smearing your shirt in food to act as bait, but luckily Chiellini and Italy are going home.

Looks like he hurt his teeth in the process. Quickly went down though, as if he was the victim. Apart from Suarez, I really like Uruguay, and they thoroughly deserved to win. Thought the ref had a good game, correct with the red card. We used to call that 'going over the top'.

not sure he actually hurt his teeth, might have been a desperate attempt to try to cover up what he had done

Fooking animal should be banned for 2 years and sent to the dentist to take his teeth out.

He's a disgrace. My dogs were watching the game and they've seen him behave in such a way that they are copying him. Ban him.

It might be a while before he plays against us again, but when he does the chant has to be :-
Luis Suarez, he eats who he wants, Luis Suarez, he eats who he wants.

What's the next step ? He can't keep going on like this. Spoils it for himself such a good player to watch, I'd ban him for a full season at least !
Tue Jun 24, 2014 6:56 pm
3 times now, disgusting. A very lengthy ban is needed.

I don't think he's an idiot, I think he's got a genuine mental issue. Doing what he did today with the world watching is not idiocy, it's something more serious imho.

I blame his mrs her cooking must be dire.

Fancied an italian for dinner.

FIFA will no doubt take a dim view of this and give him the maximum sanction possible, which is a 2 year International ban. It won't affect his Premier League status at all. 3 bites and yer out Suarez

Agree with this. He has some underlying mental issue where he just loses control. Almost child like in many ways.

Regardless of his ability, he's a cheating tw*t.
However - I bet he's looking forward to meeting Germany in the knockout stages and tucking into a shoulder of Lahm...

Good effort!

The guy as got a few 'issues' that's for sure but the ban him for a few years is an utter load of bollocks
Ask Ramsey or any player what would they prefer out of a bite on the shoulder or a leg breaking tackle off a carthorse of a centre back
Bite someone = ten game ban, break someone's leg = three game ban
Football is fucked up

The English media will love it, he sent them home with two good goals, said he was delighted because they mocked him last time, and within a few days he has given them a chance of pay back.
We will be hearing about this forever, they will crucify him, I wouldn't be suprised if this gives him the excuse for a move to Spain, maybe that's what he wanted ???

I'll diagnose his underlying medical issue for you.
'Overly competitive violent b*stard syndrome'.

Luis Suarez brushes off THIRD 'bite' controversy: 'These things happen on the pitch'
The Uruguay striker claimed it was nothing out of the norm, despite Chiellini appearing to have bite marks in his shoulder
Luis Suarez has brushed off his biting incident with Giorgio Chiellini by claiming: "These things happen".
The controversial Uruguay striker appeared to sink his teeth into the Italian defender during his side's 1-0 win.
The referee missed the aciton but Fifa confirmed they will investigate and he could face a TWO YEAR ban.
After the game Suarez, speaking to Uruguyan TV, said: "These situations happen on the field. I had contact with his shoulder, nothing more. Things like that happen all the time."
Asked about the prospect of FIFA action against him, Suarez said: "I don't know anything about that. If FIFA analyse each case separately, it's going to be complicated."
It is the third time he has been spotted taking chunks out of oppositions; he was banned for seven matches for biting PSV Eindhoven midfielder Otman Bakkal and then handed a 10 match ban for attacking Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic.

Shawcross didn't purposely break Ramsey's leg whereas Suarez has bitten not one but THREE different players in the space of 4 years.
He should be heavily punished before he does it again or possibly worse. Suarez needs help as well, you do not bite people unless you have some sort of issues. If you bite someone in real life you'll serve time for assault. So why shouldn't he have a long ban? If the rumours are true he'll serve a 24 game ban for Uruguay which is two years, sounds fair to me.

Simply unbelievable of how a player of his quality repeatedly resorts to this.
If he doesn't get a ban and both Uruguay and Brazil get through to the quarter finals, and, if we see a repeat of this behaviour, we may well see a Sun headline on July 5th that reads 'Bite Said Fred'.

Because he is an overpaid, cheating, sly, devious shite of a person who should be banned for life.

He done the same thing when he bit the Chelsea player. He realised what he'd done & started limping around. Watch it again, it's really comical!
