to be fair, and as they have said, they've only used one account at a time after having the previous one banned. Are they still banned or will they have the opportunity to respond to this snipe?

obviously I'm going to comment on this as I've had the same problem. Am I going to have the same treatment though for speaking out (as this person has been banned for)?
