Who wins the rematch?
Mon May 26, 2014 10:47 am
cant believe froch will be so bad early doors.i like groves as a boxer but his constant lack of respect for froch is getting on my nerves.froch owned him on johny nelson show.looks like the sports phsycoligist worked .groves ran out of gas last time.could be similar this time.froch would have nailed him proper if the ref hadnt stepped in.

Froch.
Mon May 26, 2014 10:57 am
Froch has got an arrogance about him. I'm going for Groves round 7.
Mon May 26, 2014 11:04 am
Both got the ability to win, groves always gasses in late rounds when he can't get them out of there he was gassed against degale but had strong start and that's what got him the win even though it could of went either way, groves can easily outbox froch but we all seen froch is dangerous till the end just have to look at the her main taylor fight where he stopped taylor last 12 seconds of the fight or he would of lost on points and groves can be hurt Kenny Anderson showed that but we now know groves can put froch down so it will be 50-50 but I think froch will stop groves in about the 10th groves will be blowing out his arse by then if he can't get froch out early

Does anyone know wot time will start at cos im in work till 11 wondering if be worth getting it.
Mon May 26, 2014 11:37 am
Think Carl will believe in his own hype and ego far to much.
He will go in and try to knock George out from the start.
In doing this he will leave his already poor defense wide open.
George will use his superior hand and foot speed and just hit Carl with any punch he fancies.
It all depends on whether George has the power to stop Carl.
George will have to use his head, because he can't out punch himself in the opening 6.
I will go for a split decision for George with both fighters touching down.

Froch talks and acts like a dildo most of the time and is disrespectful himself i hope he gets his scab arse kicked
Mon May 26, 2014 12:05 pm
Groves although he's a Chelsea Cnut
Mon May 26, 2014 12:59 pm
Groves will win either knockout or boxing smart for a points victory
Mon May 26, 2014 1:02 pm
Can't stand either of them groves is scared IMO spouting shit
He saw what froch could take last time and he lost the fight he'll be scared this time
Froch took last fight not serious enough he won't make same mistake this time
Froch all day for me even tho he too is a c**t
Groves has to knock him out early longer it goes more trouble he's in

The Nelson interview was a poor show to be fair, as too was the tactics show.
Too much hype about the mind games in this build up because people seem to think it effected Froch a lot last time.
Froch was uncomfortable in the first half of the first fight because Groves was doing a number on him, plain and simple.
Groves made a big mistake in getting macho in the 9th and getting sucked into a scrap which, seen him get caught out. He could of jabbed his way to a win in those final 4 rounds if he kept his head.
Groves is too smart to make that mistake again so, Froch is under pressure to get a KO in the early rounds.
I see an early Froch KO, (r1 - r4) or Groves to win on points.
Eddie Hearn won't want to sway the judges in favour of Froch if it gets that far.....as he'll want the buck's from the deciding trilogy fight!
I want a Groves win so hope he boxes smart Saturday.

Froch massively under-estimated Groves in that last fight . I can't see him doing that again. Unless Groves stops Froch in the first half of the fight I think Frich will win it. The longer the fight goes the better chance Froch has if winning IMO.

Although hes a scab supporter i hope Froch knocks the arrogant chelsea cnut out
Tue May 27, 2014 2:57 pm
Froch ruined Groves in the Gloves Are Off programme. Groves mind games are clearly not working like they did first fight.
Also, watching the tactics programme Groves doesnt have it all his own way up until the ninth like he is now trying to tell everyone. Even though Groves hammered Froch with everything he had in the 6th the 2nd half of the round Froch backed him onto the ropes and had success in the 7th and 8th as Groves was slowing down.
Froch late stoppage again for me, Groves cannot knock him out. He hit him with everything he could in the first fight and couldnt get the job done.
Groves could jab and move for 12 rounds and win the fight that way but his ego wont let him do that he will stand and trade at some point later in the fight as he gets tired and that will be his undoing.

I really enjoyed the last fight until the fat f**k of a referee stopped the fight!! I don't care who wins, I just want to see some good boxing! Hopefully no dodgy ref or judges spoils the nigh!!

All your faults are exposed in the ring.
There's no place to hide.
Froch got a shock in the last fight and he looked a bit older.

Totally agree with this..
They will both try a diff approach, Froch will go for early stoppage which will play into groves winning on points IMO

i tend to agree with most of what you said except the above, i remember the De Gale fight, which Groves fought with his head in an obviously heated contest. Thought he was brilliant that night and really out thought De Gale.
I see the fight going the same way, only difference with Froch is, he has a lot more power in his hands, has proved he can hurt groves and will, at some point during the contest hit him with something big. Also question marks over Groves fitness to go the whole 12, but i think hes capable of fighting smart and off the back foot, hope we get to see that from him Saturday.

He traded and got hurt by De Gale late in that fight and Froch hits harder than De Gale.
I have no doubt Carl will land him heavy at some point and I will be jumping for joy as I cannot stand Groves.
His refusal to accept he lost the first fight is pissing me off. He trying to claim the ninth was Froch first bit of success, which is complete bollocks. Froch turned the fight in the 2nd half of the 6th after Groves punched himself out. Froch landed in the 7th and 8th after the snap had gone from Groves punches as he tired and Groves was spent by the time Froch put it on him in the 9th.

groves was blowing out of his arse towards the end of the de gale fight and if groves didn't have a great start he would of lost don't forget it was groves who was cut bad and nobody could of argued if de gale won either it was that close, I like groves but he certainly does have trouble towards ends of fights if he cant knock you out, froch will eventually get him towards the end of the fight and we will defo see if groves can hack it and world level, it will be groves points or froch late ko similar to the last fight but this time it will be more clear cut

Never seen such glory supporting. Both go into a mixed reception and then Froch gets basically no jeers after the fight and Groves is jeered by most. Shows how ridiculous 'support' is sometimes.

Or the groves supporters could have fucked off leaving mainly froch fans in there?
