Personally I think we will struggle next season and should be more like 25/1 to Win the Championship.

Paddy Power have released their early odds for next season's Championship, even though the full lineup is not yet known.

Leyton Orient and Rotherham will battle out the League One play-off final at Wembley on Sunday but neither will be among the favourites for a Premier League promotion charge.

The Bluebirds, installed as 8/1 favourites to win the league outright, are expected to battle it out with Norwich City 9/1, Wigan Athletic 9/1 and Fulham, who finished above Cardiff in the Premier League are currently on offer at 10/1.

It will go one of two ways. Either we will walk it again or we will have a terrible time adjusting to the Championship. I would take top half if I'm honest!

If you base it on current squads as they stand then yes we should be favourites . Not by much but I can't think of any other club with a better squad of players .

We'll finish somewhere in the top half, that's as far as my prediction goes at the moment.

Like many have said already, we got enough good players to win the league - a good pre-season under Ole will pay dividends

With the money we got no reason why we can't go straight back up ,it will depend who we buy in

I think it's about right at the moment. Depends who we lose and sign but I can't see why we won't bounce straight back up

In all honesty Annis,I think our major battle next season will be off the park, getting rid of the despot !

Top 2 should be the target for any team relegated from the Prem the previous season.

I'd say there's a strong chance of us having a very good Championship squad for next season and as usual, the fans expectations will be high.

The big question is seeing if OGS has the right tactics in his locker to win consistently. I think he has.

We'll be up in the mix for top 2 all season IMO.

Next season will be same old same old, demonstrations and fan unrest, no chance of a promotion push till the club and fans are as one :bluescarf: :old: :bluescarf:

Those of you that think that money will take us up. Wake up! The championship is about grit, determination and teamwork, Burnley proved that last season. MM "Individuals win games. Teamwork wins titles."

When malky left could you see much fight? Southampton away annnnnndddddd huummmmmm. IMO I think Ole will struggle to put together a charge for the Championship. We need a manager that will have his players fighting tooth and nail for this club. Also spending wisely will be key. Experienced players are a must with Bellers, Medel and Campbell leaving. A proper industrious midfielder like Lee Cattermole is something we need.

But like I said, I'm unsure Ole has the capabilities to mount a charge to the league title or top 6 for that matter.

I think we should be favourites to go straight back up because

1. We were the Champions last year

2. We came last in the premiership this year which is one place higher up than championship winners. So we have improved by 1 position this year.

3. Because we did it with Malky ,so we need to get Malky back for this new season and drop OGS like he is not hot (which he definately is not hot. I hate baby faced men. I prefer a man to look like a man. Malky is a mans man and scottish and rugged so we need him back. I think Ole is one of those weird Metrosexual Guy-Liner babyface BOYS.

So for that reason I am out with Ole and IN with Malky XXX

I'd agree with that. Mid-table finish in my opinion.
