We could be heading for Division 1

If Tan pulls out and leaves us in administration, how would you feel about that?

Re: We could be heading for Division 1

I doubt tan would leave us deep in the shit, how would that look for his image and his reputation as a business man would be damaged

Re: We could be heading for Division 1

Tue May 20, 2014 10:07 pm

But don't you think his image and reputation are already effected?

Re: We could be heading for Division 1

Not as bad as it would be if he leaves the club to rot

I would feel bloody fantastic if that means we will get our blue identity back and it feels like I will actually be watching my club again! :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

Nothing like positivity is there?

We have a squad to compete in Championship even if our stars leave.

The main problem we could have is in having a few attempts to get promotion.

If we go into administration, we will be lucky to stay in the league, which is unlikely to happen. It is good for Wales to have a league club in Cardiff so something will turn up.

Remember what happened to southampton. Maybe I'm doom and gloom this evening but I cannot help it after reading the post ref the seat colour change and asking for a refund. :(

With the debt we are in to
tan he could just fold us without administration ,which would mean no club

Tan says he has put 150 million into our club. If he leaves tomorrow and pockets the parachute payments, plus sells our best players and pockets the money, our debt to Tan won't be anywhere near as astronomical as he is making us fear.

Division 1 is the premier league so that's fine.

people keep saying..OUR..debt to Tan,like the fans have a some stake in the club.......why would tan call in an administrator when he can liquidate assets himself as he is the owner ...........as Wez says he can just fold the club........fold as in end..not league 2 and blue

Tan wouldn't liquidate us himself as that would do him no favours whatsoever, particularly with what he's already done to our club. Like I said, if Tan decides to leave, he will get his money back by pocketing the parachute payments plus funds from player sales and then sell us.

It doesn't work like that, what about the Langston debt? If Tan goes, have no doubt the finances of the club will be exposed day 1 and the administrators called in. Keep pressing the buttons and my fear is this will happen. :(

one slight problem? admin means excepting pennies in ££££s as settlement! (swansea ect) better for him to sell at a lost get more money probably, or he could asset strip and that will certainly lead to certain multiple relegation with odds and sods players either way it would lead to a very uncertain future!! :old:

League one would be fine :bluescarf: :bluescarf: :bluescarf: try bottom of league two, be there seen it and survived it, so long as we have a club in Cardiff palying in blue called the bluebirds that will be fine by me, whether its AFC Cardiff City or who ever.
Perfect ground will be the council owned Athletic Stadium, nice and airy :bluescarf: :old: :bluescarf:

If Tan put us in administration we would then be clear of the majority of his debt. We then get our ide tity back then. Hally days

But he could sell everything then fold us in spite he can do what he likes its his company ,I think the same happened to Barry town

Barry town was forced into administration because the company secretary overspent on players, and the new owner Stuart Lovering conned all the supporters into thinking he was going to spend money on the club, however he was only interested in the profits of the pub.

both Barry and Llanelli were originally told they would have to play local league parks football.......Barry took it to court and won...and the WFA,allowed both them and Llanelli {who did not take legal action } back into the 3rd division of the welsh league.............
if Cardiff City were to be withdrawn from the league..... the WFA would have a huge say in where any newly formed club would play..........im not saying we WOULD end up in the welsh league......just having seen whats hapened elsewhere its a concern........
