12 points from 16 games shocking.

Think he needs to be sacked asap

Look at the side he inherited

He is. I wanted change and I still think it was worth the gamble but we need a manager who knows the Championship now.

We're mathematically down as it stands. Ole doesn't know his strongest 11 yet and he changes things constantly which is getting annoying and it shows on the pitch as the players are not on the same wavelength and haven't a clue whats going on.

Lets get a proven Championship manager in. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I have seen nothing from him to assure me he should be given a chance in the championship.

Since his arrival we have basically collapsed. We are going back down to the championship withouit a fight. Well thats the way it is looking.

All this talk about giving him a transfer period or two well show me anything why he should be allowed.

If the story's are true, then he's going to stay for next season, & its going to be an interesting Summer.

Good ex players don't always make good managers, at any level. Dean Saunders was just one example of this.

Re: Is Ole out of his depth ?

At this level most definitely. Maybe he could handle it at championship level but I can't see us going straight back up.

His transfers don't fill me with much confidence either other than Daehli

Would be more productive banging your head against a wall than trying to explain that on here.

Every manager deserves a chance to assemble his squad and his way of playing. If things arent any better after 15 games or so next season then its obviously not worked out

Re: Is Ole out of his depth ?

Sat May 03, 2014 2:48 pm

We need a proven manager and a good clear out.

This. The Championship is no place for a rookie. We'll end up going down again.

Poppycock Craig.

If Ole had shown any ability then yes but he has not. The result have not been iffy but a disaster.

3-0 to Swansea
4-0 to Hull
3-0 to Palace
4-0 to Sunderland.

These are the results that done it for me. Only times we've looked good IMO are Fulham home and Southampton away. Other than that we've been awful

Ole is absolutely awful...please god go now before you relegate us down to league one..worst manager ever!!! Bring back russell osman ffs

Its one hell of a gamble though. Fifteen games will see us through until about the middle of November, & if we are in a relegation battle then, well, its going to be a long, painful winter.

The way i see it, if Tan & Co want OGS to succeed, then he will have to fund him to the hilt. Anything less, & i think he (OGS) will struggle.

I can't see VT wanting to spent much money, if anything, next season. I believe he will expect the squad to be funded by transfer's out of our club.

Poor fecker has aged ten years in four months, he will look ancient by this next season if he stays.......

I would get Pullis if there is any chance at all.....

I have some concerns about OGS, but he deserves a fair crack of the whip in the Championship.
We were playing badly when he arrived and some players cant cut it in the Premiership) or havent performed all year.

At least when Fulham got their second manager they soon realised that they made a mistake and replaced him. The result being that they have been given a better fighting chance because of it

Yet they are currently going down. Magath has done no better than Ole.

First of all its 'currently' and secondly he's had less games then Ole while only one point less

it's

You think United are going to score 2 goals in 4 minutes despite only having 2 shots on target all game?

He is getting relegated when he was brought in to keep them up, like Ole. Therefore he has done no better.

Magarth 30% win ratio and OGS 26.32% win ratio before this weekends games so therefore you are incorrect.

Win ratio's mean nothing. Magath has a better ratio than Hughton are Norwich for example, so he has done a better job than Hughton did? No. Both clubs are going down, both clubs changed manager to get them out of the relegation zone and both have failed.

If we draw with Chelsea next week (highly unlikely) and Fulham lose to Palace we finish ahead of them, so does that mean Ole has done a better job then? You just dislike Ole because he is Tan's man (you wanted Glenn Hoddle ffs) and you're clutching at straws for reasons to get rid of him, sad really.
